High on a Mountain of Love

Fiction Story: I guess you would have had to have seen that mountain. The mist rising from the base, sunlight glistening down from cloud filled skies and nary a sound. Charlie was telling us all how it is or was once, the simple life. That was the time before the big time hit. Success and Vegas too, can take a lot out of a man, Ronnie too. After a show water, coffee, juice came before even food. We talked, not about the show or how great they were but about the old days. Those simple days of old.
