Chapter 3: New Colony Christened

Incest Sex Story: Chapter 3: New Colony Christened - Eric found that a Random Act of Kindness could change his life in so many ways. Some of them were quite a surprise.

The satellite phone crackled against Eric’s ear as he stood on the veranda, coffee in hand, watching a pair of frigate birds wheel over the lagoon. His body still ached in unfamiliar places—the deep, pleasant soreness in his ass, the raw skin on his knees—but the morning sun was warm, and the air smelled of salt and Frangipani.

“Hawthorne, Blake and Associates, how may I direct your call?”

“This is Eric Sanderson. I’m the new owner of Santa Catalina del Norte.”

A pause. Keys clicking. “Ah, yes, Mr. Sanderson. We’ve been expecting your call. I’ll transfer you to Mr. Hawthorne directly.”

The line clicked. Eric sipped his coffee, watching Tina float on her back in the infinity pool, her dark hair fanning out like kelp. Keith was somewhere below, in the game room, racking pool balls.

“Mr. Sanderson.” The voice was dry as old paper. “My condolences on your predecessor. He was a singular man. I trust the island is to your satisfaction?”

“It’s more than I expected.”

“Indeed. Everything has been maintained in perpetuity. The supply service—Island Provisions—has been retained under contract for the next ninety-nine years, renewable automatically. They’ll arrive on the fifteenth of each month. You simply provide a manifest forty-eight hours in advance.”

Eric laughed, a sound that startled him. “Just like that.”

“Just like that. I’ll email the portal credentials now. Update your preferences at your leisure. The boat is fueled. The wine cellar is stocked. Is there anything else?”

“No. Thank you.”

“Mr. Sanderson?” Hawthorne’s voice softened. “He watched you for six years, you know. After that breakfast. He tracked you. Wanted to make sure you were ... worthy. You never knew.”

The line went dead.

Eric stood there for a long moment, the phone heavy in his hand. Then he went inside to find his children.

Keith found the arcade first. It was tucked into the lower level, past a steel door disguised as a bookcase, and it smelled of dust and ozone. Six vintage cabinets lined one wall—Galaga, Donkey Kong, Ms. Pac-Man—their screens glowing in the dark. A pinball machine hummed in the corner. A leather recliner faced a projector screen that took up the far wall.

“This is mine,” Keith announced, and no one argued.

Tina claimed the master suite on the top floor—a sprawling corner room with floor-to-ceiling windows that framed the ocean like a painting. The bed was a four-poster, carved from driftwood, draped in white linen. She stripped off her bikini and stood naked before the glass, her reflection ghosting over the turquoise water.

“Mine,” she said, and flopped backward onto the mattress, her full breasts settling with a soft, heavy bounce.

Eric wandered the compound alone. The main salon was a vast, open space with a bar and a grand piano, but behind it, past a set of heavy doors, he found the Emperor Suite.

It was ridiculous. A bed the size of a small boat. A fireplace carved from black volcanic rock. A sunken tub big enough for four. The windows looked east, over the reef, where the water turned from green to deep indigo in a single line. The closet held robes, linens, and nothing else. It had never been used.

He stood in the doorway, hands on his hips, and felt the weight of the old man’s eyes on him. Worthy. He didn’t know if he was. But he was here.

They spent the afternoon rearranging. The fourth bedroom on the second floor—a suite overlooking the lagoon, with a balcony that wrapped around two sides—became theirs. Not a bedroom. Not a guest room. Theirs.

Keith dragged in a leather chaise from the study. Tina hung sheer curtains. Eric found a chest of drawers filled with candles and set them on every surface. They stripped the bed to the frame and piled it with every pillow and blanket they could find. By evening, the room was transformed—part den, part playroom, all of it charged with a silent, shared understanding.

“We need to christen it,” Tina said.

Keith smirked. “I thought you’d never ask.”
