# The Porch
Frank drove. Marco sat in the passenger seat, window down, the morning air cool on his face. He hadn’t slept. Every time he closed his eyes, he saw Frank’s naked body, heard Ellie’s voice through the ceiling, felt the ghost of Frank’s grip on the back of his neck. He’d lain in bed for hours, hard and aching, turning it over in his head. Frank’s cock, thick and flushed in the kitchen light.
Frank glanced over at him. “You look tired, kid.”
“Didn’t sleep much.”
“Sorry about last night.” Frank kept his eyes on the road, easy. “We were kind of loud.”
Marco looked out the window.
“Was it because you saw me and my...”
Marco’s face went hot. He laughed, but it came out wrong, too quick, too high. He rubbed the back of his neck. “I, uh. Yeah. I mean, no. I don’t know.”
Frank let him hang there for a second, then grinned. “Are you gonna go to HR and complain about me?”
Marco looked at him, confused. “HR? Do we have an HR?”
“No.”
Frank said it flat, no elaboration, and let the silence sit. Marco waited for more. That was all.
Frank laughed. “I’m just yanking your chain, kid. Relax.”
A couple of hours later, Ellie came in. She was wearing a light and flowy sundress that showed her stunning figure. Her dark hair was down around her shoulders. She looked lit from inside.
She went straight to Frank and kissed him. Not a quick peck. A real kiss, slow and deep, her hand on his chest, his hand on her waist. It went on longer than a normal married-people kiss. Longer than Marco expected.
When they finally broke apart, Frank looked over at Ellie. “You’re in a good mood.”
“I wonder why,” Ellie said, and she glanced at Marco. Her eyes were gleaming.
“Don’t start,” Frank said.
“I’m not starting anything. I’m making an observation.”
“Your observations always start something.”
Ellie smiled. That warm, knowing smile. She looked over at Marco, and there was something in it that made his stomach flip.
“Good morning, Marco,” she said. That soft, melodic voice.
“Good morning,” Marco said.
She held his gaze for a moment, then turned and walked toward her office. Marco watched her go. Frank watched Marco watching her. Neither of them said anything.
Then Frank leaned over and said, low enough that only Marco could hear, “She looks good today, doesn’t she?”
“Yeah,” Marco said.
“Thanks to you, kid.” Frank patted Marco’s shoulder. “It’s all thanks to you.”
He walked away, and Marco stood there, the mop in his hands, his heart pounding, trying to figure out which one of them Frank was talking about.
The day went on. More clients, more cleaning, more flirting. Ellie found reasons to be near Marco. To touch his arm when she talked to him. To lean close when she was showing him something. Frank made comments. Sly little things that could be innocent or could be something else.
Frank was bolder today. He’d walk past Marco in the hallway and put his hand on his lower back, letting it slide across as he passed. He’d stand behind him at the front desk, close enough that Marco could feel the heat of him, and reach past him for something, his chest brushing Marco’s back. Once, in the weight room, when no one was around, he came up behind Marco while he was wiping down a bench, and put both hands on his waist.
“Good form,” Frank said, his mouth close to Marco’s ear.
“I’m cleaning a bench.”
“Still. Good form.” Frank squeezed his waist, then let go and walked away like it was nothing.
By the time the afternoon came, Marco was a wreck. His whole body was humming. He couldn’t focus. Every time Ellie looked at him, he felt it like a physical touch. And every time Frank touched him, he felt it somewhere lower, somewhere he didn’t want to think about.
“You ready to go?” Ellie asked, appearing at the front desk with her purse.
“Now?”
“Yep. We ... I have some stuff to do at home.”
“Leaving me with all the work again,” Frank called from the back.
“You’re the manly man gym owner,” Ellie said. “That’s the job.”
“The job is supposed to come with perks.”
“It does. You get to look at yourself in the mirror all day.”
Frank appeared in the hallway, pointing at her. “You’re hilarious. You’re a comedienne.”
“I know.” Ellie smiled at Marco. “Let’s go.”
Marco nodded. He didn’t even think about it. He just followed her out to the car.
As they left, Frank called out, “Take it easy on him, El. He’s had a long day.”
Ellie waved without looking back. “I’m always easy.”
“She really isn’t,” Frank said to no one in particular. “Good luck, kid.”
They got back to the farmhouse around three. Ellie told him to make himself at home, then disappeared upstairs. Marco wandered around the living room for a while. He went to the kitchen and got some water. He stood at the window, looking out at the fields, and tried to calm down.
It didn’t work.
He kept thinking about Frank’s hands on him today. The hand on his lower back. The chest against his shoulder. Both hands on his waist, that mouth near his ear. His body was still humming from it, and he couldn’t figure out if it was Ellie he wanted or Frank or both of them tangled together in some impossible way.
About an hour later, he heard the back door open. He turned around. Ellie was standing on the porch just outside.
She’d changed clothes. She was wearing a crop camisole, something thin and white that showed the shape of her breasts and the darkness of her nipples underneath. A sarong, wrapped low on her hips, showing her legs. She had a glass of wine in one hand and a cigarette in the other.
She looked incredible.
“Hey,” she said. That soft voice, floating through the open door. “Come out here.”
