“Woooooo!! Fuck yeah!” Lexi yelled.

I glanced up from where I was putting the finishing touches on breakfast and saw that Villa had just scored late in the first half.

“Nice, Adomah again?” I asked.

“Sure was!”

“Cool, can you stop fretting and cursing at the TV now?” I teased.

“I’ll feel better if we can get a second,” Lexi said.

“Never satisfied. Here come get a plate and eat before the end of the half. Then we can shower at halftime,” I said.

We ate watching the last ten minutes of the half. Villa looked to be reasonably in control against Ipswich.

“Come along, boytoy. We can clean up the dishes after we shower,” Lexi said, standing as soon as the halftime whistle blew.

I followed her towards the bathroom. “Is boytoy an upgrade or downgrade on boyfriend?” I asked.

“Neither. That’s the whole point of not having permanent labels. There are no levels. It’s whatever strikes our fancy,” Lexi said.

“Right, so what’s the female equivalent of boytoy? Plaything?” I guessed.

“I was thinking ‘dirty slut’. I know we don’t normally do shower sex, but that bench creates some interesting possibilities,” Lexi said. She pulled off the t-shirt she’d stolen from me to sleep in, got in the shower and turned on the water.

Apparently Lexi had planned this because I noticed she’d found a small plastic step stool and it was already set up. Her standing on that was enough to compensate for our height differential and she could bend over the bench at the perfect height for me to take her from behind. I quickly hardened at the sight of my sexy partner bent over naked and pulled off my own clothing.

“Hard and fast, I don’t want to miss too much of the second half,” Lexi requested.

“Such a dedicated fan,” I teased.

“Maybe I also want to get pounded by my new super hot boyfriend who doesn’t mind that sometimes I like to be a bad girl,” Lexi said.

Message received. Lexi was in that mood. Who was I to tell a pretty girl no?

I got into position and drove myself into Lexi. The encounter was hot and intense from the start. We’d made love again for more than an hour last night when we got home from Cassie’s. It had been wonderful, but we were both ready for a change of pace.

I pounded away at Lexi and she met my thrusts with equal vigor. Our wet bodies slapped together under the spray of the shower.

“Yes Ky, Yes! Pound the shit out of my slutty little body! Fuck yes. Harder! Fuck me harder!” Lexi demanded. I redoubled my efforts.

“Hell yes Lexi, take my cock in your tight little pussy. I feel you thrusting back. You love this. Being pounded like a common gutter slut,” I roared.

“Yes, that’s me, garden variety cum craving slut,” Lexi cried.

“Whose cum?” I asked.

“Your cum! Cover me in buckets of it!” Lexi yelled.

“And then you’ll go eat some more pussy,” I said.

“That’s right, I’ll go find us some more bawdy bisexual bitches and bring them back to our harem! That’s what a good number one dirty slut does for her boytoy!”

“And then we’ll pleasure those filthy sluts so they keep coming back for more of us,” I said.

“Fuck yes Ky! Fuck this is so hot, keep fucking the hell out of me, I’m going to cummmm!” Lexi wailed. One of her hands had disappeared between her legs - rubbing her clit, I assumed.

“Do it, cum for me number one slut, cum all over my cock!” I yelled back.

“FUCKKKKK FUCKKKKKK YESSSSS!” Lexi screamed and her body began to quiver. Feeling the undulations of her pussy around my cock pushed me over the edge. I buried my cook all the way in as I filled up my number one slut.

We both needed a minute to recover, but once we did Lexi gingerly climbed off the stool, turned around and flung her arms around me. “I love you, Ky,” she said.

“I love you too, Lex,” I said and held her close.

I understood exactly what she was thinking. The filthy, intense encounter we had just had was about the furthest thing possible from ‘making love’, but that was what made Lexi special. She could switch gears and feel no guilt about it. I suppose part of why we were a good fit was that I liked the variety of our sex and didn’t mind going right along with her.

We showered hurriedly and only missed the first few minutes of the second half. Lexi plopped herself on the couch wrapped in a towel and began brushing her wet hair.

“Would you be a dear and pick me an outfit to wear on our hike?” Lexi requested, not wanting to miss any more of the game than necessary.

“For someone who was deathly afraid of commitment you’re falling into domesticity quite rapidly,” I noted.

“Mmmmhmmm, it’s almost like I enjoy not worrying about such things and am embracing being in love,” Lexi said. Fair point.

I got dressed, then began rummaging through Lexi’s suitcase, intent on finding the most ridiculous outfit possible for her to wear.

“Here you are, darling,” I said, and handed over a pair of wedge sandals and a pink thong, as well as satin shorts and a skimpy tank top that were obviously meant to be pajamas.

Lexi laughed. “This could result in a wardrobe malfunction far worse than Brandi’s in Nashville.”

I chuckled, remembering the ‘full moon’ incident.

Lexi put on the pajamas and we cuddled together on the couch to watch the rest of the game. Adomah scored again in the 66th minute to put Villa up 2-0 and they saw out the final half hour without too many scares.

“Good match. Maybe we can make it back to the Prem after all this year. Good to see a Grealish cameo too. If he realizes his potential he could be a difference maker for us,” Lexi summarized once it was over.

She slipped on the wedge sandals and began clomping around, gathering her things for the day. She looked ridiculous in the high heels and the skimpy pajamas.

“You about ready?” she asked, noting me staring dumbly.

“You know it makes the trolling no fun if you call my bluff,” I said.

“Who said anything about calling a bluff?” Lexi asked. “If my boytoy wants to take his dirty slut out dressed like a hooker that’s his prerogative.”

I laughed. “I love you. Go get dressed,” I said.

Lexi grinned and went to her suitcase to get real clothing.

“You look grumpy, did your soccerball team lose?” Cassie asked when she greeted us at her front door. She was looking earthy as ever in a light green hiking shirt with brown leggings.

“No, we won. Ky says we can’t take the Corvette,” Lexi whined.

“And why is that?” Cassie asked.

“Because it has two fucking seats and there are three of us,” I pointed out.

“We can take two cars if it’s that big of a deal,” Cassie offered.

“Seriously? Two sets of emissions when we could just have one?” I asked.

“I’m sure Cassie wouldn’t mind sitting in your lap while I drive,” Lexi said, smirking mischievously.

“I mean, maybe that wouldn’t be sooo bad,” Cassie offered.

Oh. Hello, Cassie. You ready to make a move? I wondered. I used my better judgment.

“You may wish to know that in her normal car Lexi drives like she’s auditioning for the Indy 500. Her normal car is not a sports car,” I told Cassie.

“Fucking spoilsport,” Lexi whined.

“We’ll take my Subaru,” Cassie declared.

“Ohh my fuckinggggg Godddd, you drive like a grandma,” Lexi complained from the back seat. We were about halfway from Napa to Sausalito, passing Sonoma Raceway near Sears Point. The sight of the racetrack had apparently been the tipping point for Lexi to voice her complaints.

“That idea you had on Thanksgiving, with muzzling her. That may have had some merit,” Cassie said from the driver’s seat.

“Yeah, like a dog that won’t stop yapping,” I said.

“Are you calling me a bitch?” Lexi playfully demanded.

“Well if the shoe fits...” Cassie trailed off. “Oh speaking of, what’s the label of the day?”

“Slampig,” I said and barely kept a straight face.

“Jackass!” Lexi cried and reached forward toward me in the passenger seat, trying to bat me on the side of the head.

“Hey! What happened to all labels being equal?” I teased.

“Whatever. Fucking himbo,” Lexi fired back.

“You know what really impresses me about you two is just how mature you are,” Cassie said sarcastically.

Lexi and I snickered.

“So what is our ETA to this natural utopia? Christmas?” Lexi asked.

“You know, Alexis, speed limits are set by engineers who analyze the maximum appropriate speed for a roadway considering a variety of safety variables,” I said. I found Cassie’s driving slightly annoying, but needling Lexi was more fun than complaining.

“Fucking hypocrite, you drive just as aggressively as me!” Lexi exclaimed. She wasn’t wrong.

“Lexi, this vehicle is most fuel efficient and therefore has the fewest emissions at around 50 mph,” Cassie said.

“What happened to there being limits to your crunchiness?” I teased Cassie.

“Those are the sort of lies Big Granola tells you,” Lexi declared.

“Ok ok, now I get it,” Lexi admitted.

We had been on the 101 driving south for about ten minutes. The bay stretched out to our left, the hills of Marin to our right. It was incredibly scenic. Well, when it wasn’t interrupted by exurban sprawl.

“You ain’t seen nothing yet, girl, just wait until we get up into the hills,” Cassie said.

We pulled into Sausalito and made our way down the bayfront drive to the parking lot where we could catch the shuttle up to the national monument.

We grabbed the back row of the shuttle so that the three of us could sit side by side by side.

“Gummies?” Lexi asked.

“Oh no,” I groaned.

“You don’t want to be messed up for this, Lex,” Cassie said seriously.

“What? I wasn’t that messed up. I remember everything about Shane,” Lexi said.

“Who the hell is Shane?” I asked.

“Shane the sparrow! He was my buddy,” Lexi explained.

“Good lord,” I whispered.

“Half. You can have a half of one,” Cassie said firmly. She extracted her little baggie from her daypack, tore one of the gummies in half and passed it to Lexi. She held the other half out for me with her eyebrow raised. I shook my head. I wanted a whole one.

Cassie shrugged and popped the half into her mouth, then passed me a whole one and ate a whole one herself. Party time, it seemed.

The shuttle took nearly an hour to make its way from Sausalito up into the hills. In the back of the small shuttle bus the narrow twisting roads had me feeling on the verge of motion sickness. I was kind of glad I had some THC in my system to calm me. Lexi grabbed my hand. I imagined she was feeling slightly squeamish as well.

The bus stopped at the entrance to the park and we politely thanked the driver as we got out. We paid our entrance fees and walked into the park.

Having lived in the Bay Area for nearly a decade, I’d been to Muir Woods many times. That really didn’t lessen the majesty of the ancient coastal Redwoods. I was in awe as we began to walk the boardwalks and looked at the incredible specimens, some of which were more than a thousand years old.

While I enjoyed the walk through the ancient trees, for Lexi and Cassie this was akin to a religious experience. The pair of nature girls were off in their own little world. Whispering to each other about topics that may have been serious or may have been analogous to discussing Shane the Sparrow’s flying technique. I was perfectly happy to let the THC relax my brain and enjoy the scenery. Both natural and human.

We turned off the boardwalk at a trail Cassie knew and ascended further into the headlands. The scenery was different, but still incredible. I had never been in this part of the park. Eventually we emerged into a sort of meadow with a glorious view of the Pacific Ocean.

“We’re into a state park now. Lunch, anyone?” Cassie asked.

“Little bit of munchies there, Cassie girl?” I teased.

“Maybe a little, but also like, holy shit, you going to find a view like this anywhere?” Cassie challenged. She had a point. It was the kind of view worth spending a half an hour staring at while we ate.

Since we’d been planning to be hiking for most of the day I’d brought my own backpack to supplement what Cassie could haul in her daypack. I pulled out the turkey sandwiches I’d made that morning using Thanksgiving leftovers and handed them out. Cassie had brought a bottle of our favorite red Zinfandel and poured wine into metal camping cups she’d packed.

We perched on rocks and dug in as we looked out over the roaring waters of the Pacific Ocean.

“I’m glad you two had your little mind meld last night,” Lexi said thoughtfully. “This place is incredible. I love my wine, but this is better than any tasting we could have done.”

“Agreed. Plus we still have good wine. Thanks, Cass,” I said.

“Of course, thanks for inviting me. This is only my third time coming here. It’s one of my favorite places on Earth,” Cassie said.

“Yeah, we’re definitely buying a place somewhere around here,” I said.

“Agreed, maybe we can summer here or whatever,” Lexi said. “That’s like a rich person thing, right?”

I rolled my eyes.

“How are you guys going to divvy up your time?” Cassie asked. “Here, Nashville, Houston?”

“You know, it’s a good question,” I said. “I guess it’ll depend on how these various ventures we’re planning go. Where our attention is needed. Where starts to feel more like home.”

“The friends we make,” Lexi said and smiled warmly at Cassie.

Cassie smiled back. She certainly enjoyed having us around. That boded well.

“So what’s next for you guys?” Cassie asked.

“Well we still have to work Monday. Ironic as it may seem, it’s that mundane,” I said.

“Yeah, I know I said I wanted to stop working in an office, but I’d be foolhardy to quit my job until I have my finances fully secured,” Lexi said.

After dinner the previous evening, Lexi had adoringly explained in detail how I had set up an irrevocable trust for her. We’d had a good laugh at the expense of Jason Thompson over his protests.

“But once you have everything secure in a few weeks you think you’ll probably quit them, right?” Cassie asked.

“I think so. It is still really weird to think about. Obviously I’ve had fits and starts, but I’ve spent the last decade building my career. It feels weird to just walk away from it now,” I said.

“Yeah, I definitely get that. Weird for all the hard work to just be kind of meaningless,” Cassie said.

“Agreed, but by the same token, there is no question I have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to pursue what I’m truly passionate about. I think I have to take that,” I said.

“I’m 100% with Ky on this. Maybe it was through dumb luck, but we’ve been handed an opportunity very few people get in life. We owe it to ourselves to make the most of it,” Lexi said.

Cassie nodded thoughtfully. “You know what really impresses me about you two is just how mature you are,” she said and grinned. Unlike when she’d used that line on the car ride she meant it earnestly.

“Hey, that’s why we’re cool. We have versatility,” Lexi said.

Since Lexi had handled the half gummy better we agreed she could have another half and I split one with her. It helped me calm the nerves for what we were about to do. Cassie passed since she would be driving us back to Napa.

We spent the next few hours hiking. We caught a few more glimpses of the Pacific before beginning our descent back down to the national monument. The ancient redwood forest was no less impressive on second viewing of the day.

We caught a shuttle back down to Sausalito and got there with about an hour of daylight left. The low sun was creating a beautiful golden hour effect with the light shimmering off San Francisco Bay.

“Let’s get a drink,” Lexi suggested.

“Good call, this is too pretty to pass up,” Cassie said. “I know a good place.”

It was a short walk from the shuttle parking lot to a bayfront seafood restaurant overlooking the marina. It was too early for dinner so the place wasn’t too crowded. Mostly folks were doing the same thing we were doing - grabbing a drink and admiring the scenery.

The air was a bit chilly now that the sun was setting, so I approved of Cassie’s drink order - bourbon and ginger.

“Make that two, and top-shelf bourbon please,” I requested of the server.

Lexi held up three fingers to indicate she wanted the same.

“Could we get an order of the crab enchiladas too, please? And three plates,” Cassie requested.

“Hungry already? You’ve laid off the gummies since this morning,” I asked once the server had departed.

“Not really, but trust me. Worth it,” Cassie said.

“I suppose you haven’t steered us wrong with your recommendations yet. So do you like cocktails?” I asked Cassie. So far, aside from the bloodies with brunch on Thanksgiving, we’d exclusively drunk wine with her.

“Oh yeah. Maybe a little too much,” Cassie admitted. “Let’s just say it’s a good thing I’m driving so I can only have one today.”

“Ky makes a good cocktail, maybe he can show you later. I’m intrigued by the idea of crazy Cassie,” Lexi said.

Cassie blushed slightly at the implication. I really did need to look into that muzzle for my shit-stirring partner. I had to admit, I shared Lexi’s curiosity though. Cassie already seemed pretty uninhibited in general.

“I mean I’m not that wild or anything. I just like to have a good time and a good cocktail goes down easy, ya know?” Cassie said.

“Oh I know how things can go down easy,” Lexi said. Fucking incorrigible.

“Lexi stop it or I’ll tell her about the time you got blackout drunk at Reed’s divorce party,” I threatened.

Cassie laughed. “Hold up, you guys had a divorce party?”

“Yeah. It’d make sense if you ever met his ex. She was awful. Controlling, manipulative, dishonest. She is a big part of the reason his moral compass is what it is and his inner circle is so small. Basically he only gives a fuck about people who stuck with him through it,” I explained.

“I see, sounds pretty damn toxic,” Cassie said.
