Chapter 7
Erotica Sex Story: Chapter 7 - Mike’s landed the girl of his dreams. However, his conservative background didn’t prepare him for a “complicated” relationship with a woman who doesn’t care who sees her nude or knows of her bedroom activities. Add distance, work commitments, and other interested women, and the path forward isn’t straight. Not by a long shot. Now committed to this open-minded world, he had to consider: where would he draw the line?

We grabbed our jackets and headed out into the cool evening. Thankfully, it wasn’t windy as it so often was, which meant we wouldn’t freeze our ears off.
We headed across the campus and down Folsom Street to the strip mall with the Safeway. We cut through the little walkway between buildings and emerged next to the JoAnn’s fabric store. They actually had a Help Wanted sign in the window. I paused and stared at it.
“You wanna sell fabric?” Len said. He rocked on his feet as he scanned the inside of the store.
“Not really, but it’s close.” I opened the door and he followed me in.
I didn’t see anyone that looked like a manager, but after a bit an older woman with a name badge came over to ask if we could use some help. I mentioned the help wanted sign and she said I’d have to come back at ten the next morning.
I grimaced. I had a class then. I thanked her and then Len and I headed back outside.
We wandered down the strip mall carefully looking at the windows. None of the others had help wanted signs. Len pointed to the movie theater across the street where we’d seen Aliens.
“You should apply there,” he said.
I shrugged. “Let’s see if they’re hiring.”
We crossed the street. They didn’t have a sign up and Len nudged me to ask to talk to the manager.
“I don’t know,” I said. “I can’t just say ‘hire me’ if they don’t have an opening.”
“Why not? They could make one.”
I snorted. “I doubt it.”
“Won’t know until you ask.”
He was so chipper, I was actually annoyed. Yeah, he could ask for all sorts of things and get them. But I wasn’t him.
“C’mon,” he said. “You should at least ask.”
“Fine.”
I asked the ticket booth guy for the manager, who was actually there. They weren’t hiring, though. I didn’t try to argue about that even though Len was silently urging me with his eyes to do exactly that.
“Okay,” I said. “Thanks.”
“You should hire him,” Len blurted. “He knows a lot about movies.”
The manager chuckled. “We sell popcorn, kid. Not movies.”
“Can’t hurt,” Len said.
“That’s okay,” I said. “If you don’t have an opening, you don’t have one.
“Yeah. Well, check back next semester,” the manager said. “I’ve always got a kid or two who quit because of their schedule.”
“Okay, thanks.”
Len and I headed back across the street, where Len gestured at the Barnes & Noble. “You should check there.”
“Yeah, well, this time let me talk to the manager by myself, okay?”
“Yeah, sorry. I was just trying to help.”
“I can do it without help.”
He nodded and then held the door as we headed into the bookstore.
Len drifted into the magazine section while I waited by the checkout counter. I only saw one guy working there, but there could’ve been a manager somewhere in the back. When the clerk finished with the customer, I asked him about a job application.
“Sorry, dude,” he said. “I know we’re not hiring.”
I shrugged. “Thanks.” Then I went looking for Len.
Len was camped in front of the small section with the adult magazines. He slid the plastic-wrapped Playboy back onto the shelf and pulled out a smaller, almost paperback-sized magazine, though it was much thinner than a book.
“Hey,” he said when he saw me. “Can you believe they have Variations here?” He held up the magazine.
“What’s that?” I asked.
“Penthouse Variations. It’s just letters and stories.” He smirked. “So you can’t read it for the articles.”
“Okay...” I glanced around. There wasn’t anyone nearby and the clerk couldn’t see us. Still, my nerves started to jangle.
To my relief, he put it back. But then he grabbed the Penthouse. I looked around again as he scanned the cover.
“You got a magazine here a couple of weeks ago, right?”
“Uh...” I had, and he knew it since he’d caught me carrying it in.
“It’s okay. I might get this one.” He flipped it around and looked at the back before looking at the plastic-encased cover again.
“Okay...,” I said. It felt a little brazen to be looking at it like it was Newsweek or Time.
“Yeah, I will.” Len grinned. “You can read it later if you want.”
I nodded. My gut still twisted, but I had to admit I was impressed by his nonchalance.
We headed to the counter where I hung back while he paid for the magazine. The clerk didn’t blink and neither did Len. Once we were outside, he checked his watch.
“We better hurry,” he said, “or the cafeteria’s gonna close.”
“Then let’s go.”
We made it to dinner just before the cafeteria closed. That left the dregs of what they were serving, but I didn’t complain. We missed out on bad cherry pie but the pasta was decent. At least it wasn’t full of leftover vegetables. We ate alone and debated the merits of Citizen Kane until we’d finished.
Back in the room, we studied for a while, and then at 8:55, Len packed up his books. I looked at him with a silent question.
“Your girlfriend’s calling at nine, right?”
I blinked. While we’d talked at nine the past couple of Tuesdays, we hadn’t explicitly made any plans for this week. But then, Len and Lori talked a lot. so maybe he knew something I didn’t.
“Besides,” he continued, “I wanna see the election results.”
I nodded. Romer was predicted to win the Governor’s race and continue the pattern of having a Democratic Governor and a Republican State House. Somehow, that perfectly represented the split between Boulder and Colorado Springs.
“Okay,” I said. “Have fun.”
He waved and departed. At nine on the dot, the phone rang. I smiled as I heard Lori’s voice.
“I missed you,” she said. “How are you doing?”
“Really good,” I said. “You?”
“Not as good as I was Sunday,” she teased.
“Yeah, that was hard to beat.”
“We’ll give it a try.”
I laughed. “Okay. So, how’s the first part of your week been?”
“It’s been good.” She told me a little about her classes before the conversation turned to my own.
“My chemistry lab’s going to get better,” I said. “I talked to the TA about changing lab partners like you suggested.”
“That’s great!”
I leaned back in my desk chair and smiled at her enthusiasm.
“I may have to transfer to Thursdays, but I can do that.”
“That’s great! That’s really great.”
“Yeah.”
“So what else?” she asked.
I thought for a moment and remembered Denise’s party invitation.
“Well, Denise invited us to a party on Saturday. It, uh ... sounded like it might be a little wild.”
“Oh?”
“Yeah. They called it a BLT party—boxers, lingerie, or togas.”
“Mmm. That sounds fun.”
My eyebrows rose, but then I reminded myself that Lori had worn a body suit as her Halloween costume. She’d looked really sexy in it, too.
“Yeah...,” I said, “well, you’re going to be in the mountains.”
“You can go without me.”
“Yeah, that’s what Denise said.”
“Then you should go!”
I grimaced and leaned forward in my chair. “I dunno...”
“You should go,” she insisted. “Have some fun. I’m sure Denise and Debbie will throw a good party.”
“Yeah,” I conceded.
“What are you gonna wear?” she asked.
I laughed. “I have no idea.”
“Get something sexy,” she said. “Not a toga.”
“Okay...”
“Something you can wear for me later.”
“Oh, ho! An ulterior motive!”
She giggled. “Do you blame me?”
She had me there. I had no idea how to reply. I leaned back in my chair again and checked the clock. We hadn’t talked too long yet.
“Go,” she said. “Have a good time. Then tell me all about it later.”
“Okay,” I agreed, “but I wish you could be there.”
“Mmm. Me, too.”
“So what are you going to be doing in the mountains?” I asked.
“Oh, this and that. We’ll go hiking and play some games. Mom will make her famous chocolate cake.”
“Sounds fun. What’s the best part?”
She sighed happily. “Hmm ... I think sitting in the hot tub looking at the stars. They’re so much more brilliant up there.”
“You have a hot tub there, too?”
“Oh, yeah. Mom and Dad love them. The one at the cabin isn’t as big, but it’s on a deck and there’s no neighbors anywhere around.”
“Ah.” I remembered the high privacy fence at her parents’ house and briefly wondered if they had one like that at the cabin. If they didn’t have any neighbors, maybe not?
I wondered if Lori went nude in the tub. I was sure she did, but I didn’t quite know how to ask without sounding like a pervert.
“I’m looking forward to showing you those stars,” she purred.
My cock stiffened. There was no doubting the tone in her voice had shifted.
“Well ... I look forward to seeing them. And you.”
“Yeah.”
“A week and a half isn’t too long,” I temporized.
“True,” she sighed. “Oh, we’re picking Len up on Friday, so I’ll actually see you for a few minutes.
“That’ll be nice.”
“Yeah ... it won’t be long enough.”
My cock stirred. No, it certainly wouldn’t.”
We fell silent for a moment, with me remembering her final blowjob. Yeah, I definitely wanted to see her again soon.
A key turned in the lock. I sat up straight in my chair.
“Hey,” I said into the phone. “Len’s back.”
“Ooh! Let me talk to my baby brother before we hang up!”
The door opened and I held out the phone to Len. He furrowed his brow.
“Your sister wants to talk to you,” I said.
He took the phone and they talked for a little bit about logistics for Friday. Then Len fell silent for a moment. His eyebrows rose.
“You better clear that with Dad,” he said.
That piqued my curiosity, but I just waited.
“Yeah, okay,” he said. “See you then. Love you.” He passed the phone back to me.
Lori and I said our goodbyes. She said again that she missed me and I repeated the line. Then we agreed to hang up.
Len waited until the phone was in the cradle before he smirked at me.
“You are one lucky bastard, you know?” he said.
“Oh, I know. I know.”
