Erotica Sex Story: Chapter 8: Sophie’s Training - He left Nigeria as a boy. Berlin made him something else. Tolu has always been the golden child—the obedient son, the scholarship winner, the one who made his mother proud. But inside, he's hollow. His father's death left him hungry for something he can't name. Control. Power. Meaning. When his aunt places a leather-bound journal in his hands on the night before his departure, she gives him more than notes on psychology and leverage. She gives him a key to who he could become.

I used the key at eleven in the morning.

Sophie’s apartment was on the fourth floor of an old building that smelled of cigarettes and cheap detergent. The door opened into a small living room with a mattress on the floor, a low table covered in ashtrays and empty bottles, and a window that looked straight into another building. Music was already playing — something loud and angry.

Sophie stood in the kitchen doorway wearing an oversized band shirt and nothing else. Her hair was a mess. She grinned when she saw me.

“You actually came. I had five euros saying you would lose the key.”

“I don’t like losing bets I didn’t make.”

“Boring answer, but acceptable.” She pointed at the mattress. “Sit. We’re starting.”

I sat. She walked in a slow circle around me like she was inspecting a new toy.

“Rule one,” I said. “You don’t leave the apartment until I say so.”

She laughed. “Cute.”

“Rule two. You answer when I ask a question. No jokes for five minutes.”

“That’s impossible.”

“Rule three. You stay on the mattress unless I tell you to move.”

Sophie stopped walking. Her eyes narrowed, but the smile stayed.

“You’re really doing this system thing. Fine. Let’s see how long you last.”

The first hour was almost funny. She tried everything. She stood up for no reason. I pointed at the mattress and waited. She groaned like a child and dropped back down. She answered my questions with nonsense until I stopped speaking completely. The silence bothered her more than any scolding. After ten minutes of me just watching her, she cracked.

“Okay, fine. What do you want to know?”

“Why do you test people like this?”

“Because most of them fail in interesting ways. It’s entertaining.”

“And if they don’t fail?”

She shrugged. “Then it gets scary. For me.”

We continued. I kept the rules simple. Stay on the mattress. Answer straight. Don’t reach for your phone. She broke the phone rule twice. The first time I took the phone and put it on top of the fridge. The second time I ended the session for twenty minutes and sat by the window without looking at her. She hated that more than if I had shouted.

Around three o’clock she got properly angry.

“This is stupid,” she snapped. “You’re not my father. You’re not my therapist. You’re just a guy with a key and a serious face.”

“Then tell me to leave.”

She opened her mouth, closed it, and kicked the edge of the mattress instead. The sound was louder than she planned. A few seconds later someone knocked hard on the wall from the next apartment and shouted in German. Sophie shouted back something rude. I said nothing. The neighbor eventually stopped.

She sat breathing hard, elbows on her knees.

“You’re annoying,” she muttered.

“I know.”

“I keep waiting for you to punish me properly. Like raise your voice or something dramatic.”

“I’m not interested in drama.”

“Then what are you interested in?”

“Seeing if you can stay inside something without breaking it for once.”

She stared at me for a long time. The anger slowly leaked out of her shoulders. What remained looked more like exhaustion.

“I don’t know how to do that,” she said quietly.

“Then we keep practicing.”

The afternoon dragged. She tested less with jokes and more with silence. Sometimes she just lay on her back and stared at the ceiling. I let her. When she reached for a cigarette I shook my head. She rolled her eyes so hard I thought they might get stuck, but she left the pack alone.

By evening the light in the room had turned orange. Sophie was sitting with her back against the wall, knees pulled up, shirt stretched over them.

“I’m hungry,” she said.

“There’s food in the fridge. You can eat if you ask.”

She made a face. “Please may I eat, Oga.”

“Yes.”
