Her Mother's Secret

Chapter 4

Coming of Age Sex Story: Chapter 4 - Juno is in love, but when the high school senior's boyfriend tries to go further than French kissing, she stops him cold. It's not that she doesn't have those same desires, but her mother's brainwashing since puberty has convinced her that a girl doesn't do those things before marriage. However, the hormones raging within her teenage body conflict with her overbearing mother's lectures. Juno doesn't know what to do about it until she discovers her mother's secret. That changes her life.

After her disastrous date with Davy, Juno hadn’t even bothered to change her clothes. In her distraught state, she tossed and turned on her bed, too agitated to lie still. Her grandiose expectations of that night had fallen flat. At a loss to why, she was confused and didn’t know what to do. Maybe having sex wasn’t what she had thought it would be. Maybe everyone who whispered in secret about sex was lying. It had to be that. It couldn’t be her.

When it was time to go to sleep, Juno stripped down to her panties, put on pajamas, and washed up. But sleep did not come. With sex on her mind, she could not stop recalling the sights and sounds of her mother with Mr. Wilson. Juno had seen it with her own eyes. It wasn’t people whispering about sex. Juno had witnessed her mother enjoying sex. But what she had seen and heard still haunted her. What her mother had done was reprehensible. She clamped her eyes shut and pressed her hands to her ears, but those images and sounds didn’t go away. She hated having seen it, but now she wished she had seen more.

Juno sprang up and slapped the mattress. That’s how I’ll learn!

As if a load had been lifted, she fell asleep.

Juno bid her time until she could carry out her plan. Not patiently, though. Each day seemed like a week. Her father came home for his weekly “visit,” but Juno had little interaction with him. Not that she expected any or even minded. Her mother had little to say to her as well. That didn’t bother Juno either. She spent as much time with Lizzy as possible. Davy was a problem. He kept asking her out and she kept saying no. It wasn’t that she didn’t want to go out with Davy, it’s just that she wasn’t ready. She had to be more informed before she parked with him again. No way was she going to repeat the disaster of the last time they went out.

Her father finally left for his three weeks on the road. Now the days seemed to drag even slower as Juno counted them down to Friday, her sleepover at Lizzy’s. But that day finally arrived.

Juno packed an overnight bag like she always did the second and fourth Fridays of the month and went downstairs for dinner as if it were a normal sleepover night. Her mother was humming in the kitchen. When Juno’s father was home, her mother was always edgy. Then, when he left, she’d be much more relaxed the rest of the month. But only now that Juno was more observant did she realize that her mother was bubbly on the sleepover Fridays. And Juno knew why.

Dinner was pleasant and Juno even got a kiss on the cheek when she left for Lizzy’s. “Have fun,” her mother said. “And be good. I don’t want to hear from Mrs. Bunder that you were trouble. See you tomorrow. Have fun.”

A short while later, both Juno and Lizzy sat cross-legged on her friend’s bed.

“Why don’t you want to sleep over?” a pouting Lizzy asked.

“Just this one time. I have something to do.”

“What?”

Juno hesitated. “I, um, I can’t tell you.”

“We don’t have secrets. We’re best friends.”

“It’s not a secret. It’s, um, it’s something about my mother. Even she doesn’t know.”

“That’s stupid!”

“It’s something I gotta do. You’ll back me up, right? You’ll tell your mom that I went home because I wasn’t feeling well.”

“If you want me to.”

“I do.”

“But why? I want you to stay. We only get to do this two times a month.”

“We’ll only miss it this one time. Make believe I’m grounded.”

“Yeah, we just missed one because you were grounded. And now again.” Lizzy sighed. “But, okay, I’ll do it for you. Only because it’s you.”

“Go check on your parents,” Juno said. “See if the coast is clear.”

Lizzy got out of bed and left the bedroom. She was gone for a short time, but it felt like an eternity to Juno. Lizzy finally returned.

“They aren’t downstairs,” Lizzy said. “Their bedroom door is closed. Probably watching TV there or reading. Or who knows what my mom and dad are doing.” Lizzy shivered. “Yuck! Why do you keep making me think about that? Anyway, the coast is clear.”

“Remember, don’t tell your mom I went home until she finds out I’m gone. I don’t want her calling my mom before I’m ready. Okay?”

“Okay.”

Juno leaped off the bed, grabbed her overnight bag, and gave her best friend a crushing two-arm hug and a kiss on the cheek. Then she dashed out of the bedroom, flew down the stairs, and was out the front door. Not slowing down, she speed-walked and then trotted a little and then speed-walked until she was standing on her front porch with her free hand pressed to her chest. Her heart pounded as she panted with a bead of sweat on her upper lip.

Catching her breath, Juno opened the door and leaned in. The lights were on downstairs, but there was no noise. No TV. No talking. Juno entered and closed the front door as quietly as possible. Then she tiptoed up the stairs and into her bedroom where she dropped her overnight bag and once again placed a hand over her chest. This time her ragged breathing and pounding heart weren’t from a brisk walk. Anxiety consumed her.

This is stupid, Juno thought. Go back to Lizzy’s. Forget it.

But another part of her pushed her fear toward the back of her mind. She had planned this for so long and now was her chance to do the only thing she was sure she had to. She needed answers to the questions that had been tormenting her. This was the only way.

Juno slinked out of her bedroom and tiptoed down the hallway toward her mother’s bedroom. She should have thought of it as her parents’ bedroom, but right now her father was the furthest thing from her mind. With each step that brought her closer, her heart raced faster and each breath became shallower. She froze when she heard voices coming from behind the closed door. It could have been the television, but Juno knew otherwise. She crept at a snail’s pace the rest of the way with her back hugging the wall. Then she pressed her ear to the door.

“God, Dennis, I love doing this,” her mother said from behind the closed door.

“Then put it back in your mouth.” That had to be Mr. Wilson’s voice.

“Does that make me a slut?”

“Do you want to be a slut?”

“Yeah, with you I do.”

“Then act like a slut and suck my cock.”

“Hey, quit pulling my hair!”

“Sorry, but it makes me hot to see your lips around my cock.” There was a moment of silence and then Mr. Wilson said, “Oh, yeah, just like that!”

With her ear pressed to the door, Juno fumed. Since puberty, her mother had told her that it was wrong to even allow a boy’s tongue inside her mouth. And look what was inside her mother’s mouth! Was it really, though? Or were they just talking? Playing some stupid game?
