Brian---One day I had worked a double shift and had not eaten supper. On my way home, I stopped at my favorite restaurant that served breakfast 24 hours a day. I had just finished my pancakes and was enjoying a second cup of coffee before going home to my empty apartment. No wife, no kids, this job is not for a family man. I do not know how my mother and father made it work for so many years.
Toni walked in the restaurant and saw me. She is younger than me, maybe 10 years I think, She graduated in the same class as my youngest sister. If my calculations are correct, she is 22 years old but she looks 16. She is short, maybe 5’ 2” tall, she weighs about 95 pounds and has small breasts. She was dressed like a teenager when she slid in the booth across from me.
“Brian, I want to thank you for not creating a problem the other night when I was checking into the hotel with my client.”
