Because the new generation of matriarchs possessed the blood of their ancestors, they were also given the mission that the ancestors had, which was to find a partner and reproduce.
But because they had weaker bloodlines compared to their ancestors, they didn’t feel the urge to find someone to make some babies with, which was a sigh of relief to them, as no one normally wants to bear children just for the sake of it, at a very young age.

And the someone or something that could make them whole again, is unsurprisingly a man with a more powerful bloodline, as this desire of theirs stems from the matriarchs desire to mate with a man and bear his children.
In a generation, if there is a man who possesses a stronger bloodline, then the girls who also possess a stronger bloodline in that same generation, would naturally be guided towards that man due to their ‘Resonance’ ability.
And by using the ‘Resonance’ ability which could sync their minds after meeting each other, both of them would naturally understand that one party needed ‘something’ from the other, and the other party had the responsibility of providing it.
And the key point of all of this, was that by meeting a man with a stronger bloodline and being in a relationship with him to satisfy their own needs, they could lower the effects of their bloodline by using the stronger bloodline of the man to suppress their own.
Similar to how they could supress other people with weaker bloodlines than themselves with ‘Bloodline Suppression’, the man with the stronger bloodline can also supress his partner’s bloodline, by satisfying his own desires and cravings.
But even though a human man with a more powerful bloodline, didn’t have any side effects of having a stronger bloodline like the girls did, due to him possessing a bloodline more ancient and potent than theirs.
He didn’t have the ability to simply control the girl’s bloodline ability, like his own, and has to go through one out of three routes to suppress the girl’s bloodline.
By doing so, they would be able to completely suppress the girl’s side effects, which would save the girl from a world of loneliness and constant unsatisfaction.
It would essentially be the same as saving the poor girl’s life.
Of course, if such a man didn’t exist in that same generation, since humans with powerful bloodlines were more rare than demi-girls, then those poor girls could only be doomed to eternal loneliness and misery.
There are three ways in which the man can help suppress the woman’s bloodline, which was also mentioned in the prologue.
The first was by being in a consensual relationship with one another. And having a child together, which would be more than enough to suppress the demi-girls abilities, since the girl would essentially be fulfilling her ancestor’s mission.
The second is to have a relationship, where the man periodically satisfies her cravings.
Basically, the man gets to have sex with a girl, and the girl can suppress her urges, which is technically a win-win situation as long as both of them are down for it. But these meetups would have to go on for the rest of their lives, which was really inconvenient since they had lives of their own to live.
