Chapter 10: The Most Powerful Babies In The World

The theory of a Matriarch being born from human parents, and her being the first member of her race was in fact true, and was approved in the prologue.

But the events that happened later on, were false.

Especially the fact, that scientists simply believed that the Matriarchs found any suitable human man as a partner. While in fact, it was a very selective and cumbersome search for each Matriarch, to find a man with whom they could continue their race.

You see, in a figurative situation, when a human gives birth to a baby that isn’t human herself and looks completely different from what a normal human baby would look like, the people around the mother and child wouldn’t really be accepting of the new baby, and would have many malicious thoughts about the child.

Especially in an age where modern science didn’t existed, which can be used to find out how this mutation came to be. They would simply treat the baby, as if it were born with a horrible deformity and think that it wasn’t really worth it to raise.

Or, in the worst-case scenario, they would consider the baby to be the devil’s spawn and would want to get rid of it immediately.

Back in the past, where they didn’t even have any proper system or rules that controlled the people, the unanimous decision made by the majority of people would usually be enacted, without even thinking if it was a good or bad decision, from a moral standpoint.

So, when a group of people think that a mutated new birth is a demon; that descended onto their lands to wreak havoc, no one could stop the masses from wanting to kill the newborn, to get rid of the evil before it could manifest.

Even the family of the baby, wouldn’t be able to protect their baby, as they would be against the entire world and would be thrown aside, while the masses started a witch hunt.
