16th Friday – AT Ranch after lunch -

Once settled in the living room Liam said, “Although Harris’s activities are directed at the Bar H, we sense that they could easily impact us. With that in mind, we’ve been monitoring more than our ranch. The campsite that we located on Monday is the one Harris and his buddies are using. It is on public land. Why did it take so long to associate it with Harris? Primarily cause even though we used drones to track their vehicles, we always lost contact with them north of us on AB. Even after driving through the area that was blind to the drones several times, we didn’t notice anything out of place. Very frustrating. Yesterday shortly after they disappeared under the foliage, a flash of light was noticed in the trees to the east of AB near where they disappeared. Closely watching that area, intermittent reflections soon revealed several vehicles moving toward the campsite we discovered on Monday.

“So at dusk yesterday, we had several experienced scouts explore the area where we initially detected them. They found the path they used, then followed it back to the county road. Where the path meets the county road had been carefully camouflaged. In hindsight, we should have had the scouts check out the road in that area on Monday. After we saw the scout’s report, we reviewed old maps of the area. On a very old map, there was a faint indication of an old fire or logging road connecting to a road where the current county road is located. The map also indicated several similar roads along the county road entering our ranch. When things settle down, we will see if they still exist, and if so add them to our maps. If the rustlers knew of them, it might provide access that we may not be aware.

“Now, Cathal, why don’t you share what you’ve learnt?”

“Very late last night, several of our staff did a recon of the campsite area. Liam referred to them as scouts. They are all very good hunters and trackers. On approaching the campsite, they were surprised discover that no one was apparently monitoring its surroundings. Suspecting electronic sensors, they opted to place wild game cameras around the site. They were careful to place them where we would have a good view of the site during the day. The cameras were placed, so that if found they would appear to be part of a conservation effort. Down wind of the site, they did note that there was a strong odor of diesel fuel. When the sun rose this morning, we had a very good view of the camp site. There were diesel fuel tanks in two of the pickups. They were typical of those you see construction workers or farmers use. There were several open top drums. One pickup had a skid in the back with a stack of bags on it. So that is all the clues we have. Oh, one other thing, they all have automatic weapons nearby with large magazines.

“Why are we putting this much effort into this? Primarily due to the Bar H being our friends and due to our proximity, we see Harris as a potential threat to the rest of us. So now that we have the information on the campsite, we aren’t sure what to do with what we have found?”

Steve said, “Even though we haven’t seen the images, let’s speculate a bit. The presence of the open top drums and excessive diesel fuel could be an indication that they’re going to make a fuel bomb. What is in the stack of bags could support that. Harris did threaten to destroy at least the Bar H house with the intent to kill the Hawkins and any others at the ranch.

“As to dealing with them, if we had a 50 cal rifle with explosive rounds then the trucks could be eliminated far from the house resulting in minimal damage. A more practical way would be to have a dozen or so high powered rifles appropriately positioned.”

With a smile, Jen said, “A reasonable assessment considering the threats he has made. As to response, I would prefer both.”

“If you are going to assist my family in dealing with this,” said Miria, “you should involve AJ or Johnson. While Dad would appreciate the assistance, I think he would be reluctant to accept it.”

Susan said, “Regardless of what is decided, the Sheriff should be notified as soon as we know they are moving. As to shooters, I know that several of us are quite good marksman. However, I currently don’t have a large bore rifle.”

Sensing it was time to shift the conversation Cass said, “Susan, I gather that was your milk you put in the refrigerator.”

“Yes. I had planned to take it with me. Due to timing, we will use it rather than include it in what goes to the organization who distributes it. Now if you all have a need, you can have it. However, I do need to take the bottles back with me.”

“I’ll take it,” quickly responded Cass. “We have a mother with a new baby who is not producing enough and there is currently no one to wet nurse.”

Gavin said, “Steve, Tracey, Kathy, if you would like Miria and I can show you around our ranch.”

“I am good with that,” responded Tracey, with Steve and Kathy nodding.

After Gavin and Miria led the group out the door for their tour, Cathal said, “I’ll go arrange for a group to assist the Bar H this evening. Jen, would you like to see the images we have?”

“Sure.”

Susan looked at Liam and softly said, “I gather mentioning that it was my milk won’t run you off.”

He responded by smiling, putting an arm around her then giving her a hug. He softly responded, “It will take more than that.” His response felt comfortable and she responded by pressing closer to him. Seeing the interaction, Cass smiled.

Susan said, “Cass, I am not sure you are aware of it but all the residents at Lone Pine lactate. So if you all need human milk, I am sure we can easily supply your needs. Normally, the milk is sent to an organization who distributes it to women who don’t produce enough. The excess is sold to a pharmaceutical company.”

“You’re lactating,” said Liam with a surprised expression as he had obviously missed the context of the conversation.

“Yes. It began a couple of weeks ago.”

“But, you weren’t pregnant,” he responded with a puzzled expression.

“No, I haven’t had a baby yet and I am not pregnant.” Susan paused to consider how much to tell them. “My situation and presence at Lone Pine, is shall we say unique. Nearly four months ago shortly after arriving at Lone Pine, I chose to have my appearance altered. An aspect of that meant that I would likely begin lactating, even though I hadn’t given birth. It is my understanding that I have some control over how much milk I produce, but it is a long term condition.”

“I’ve heard of women who’ve had that issue,” responded Cass.

Seeing Liam’s thoughtful expression, smiling Susan said, “I suspect you are wondering why I would do something like that?”

Liam responded, “I am. However, I don’t see it impacting our relationship. I hope the depth of our relationship continues to grow bringing us closer together, well the three of us.”

Cass moved next to Susan then placed an arm around her followed by a gentle hug. Susan interlocked her fingers with Liam’s as she put an arm around Cass.

After a moment Cass added softly, “I have similar feelings for you.”

Smiling Susan responded, “If I am correctly sensing the implications of your comments, you are interested in the three of us having a closer relationship. I would like that, however I think there is more you need to know about me. Currently, there are only two others that know the full story. There are three others who know a portion, as they ensured that I arrived here safely. I am willing to share my background and how I came to be at Lone Pine with you. However, if we take that step, it may result in someone harming you while seeking to terminate me. If you want to go forward and I hope you do, I hope you will not share what you learn without my agreement.”

“I think I understand your concern,” acknowledged Liam. “Feel secure in knowing what you share with me will always be between only us. I believe the reverse is true.”

Cass added, “That is true for me as well.”

Susan squeezed Liam’s hand and tightened her arm around Cass. “I agree that what we share in confidence will remain between just us. Now, I was brought to Lone Pine in such a way that only five people know how it was accomplished. Why the secrecy? Cause two high school friends learnt that a group wanted me dead and had initiated the steps to accomplish that. I am not sure how my friends heard that. Even today we don’t know the reasons for the effort. When they learnt this, it was only about a week before the attempt was to be made. At the time, I was at a conference for the week and they did not know the location. Thus they had no way to contact me. So to ensure my safety, they hired a team of three who had a black ops background and lived near my home. The team quietly extracted me from my condo unit in a special way that drew no attention. In initiating my trip to Lone Pine, the team encountered several unexpected issues. They notified my friends of the issues. The result was that they ended up accompanying me all the way here. As to the assassins, they did arrive at my condo as expected. While they were in my condo an explosion occurred. It destroyed virtually everything in that condo unit and killed the assassins. The explosion blew out the outside wall thus scattering much of the contents and caused minimal damage to the building. I understand that the stuff in my office was one melted blob. The only bodies found were those of the assassins and were subsequently identified. Although there is video evidence that I was in my condo unit, my body was not found. The authorities now believe that no body was found due to the intensity of whatever the assassins set off. So the other me is officially dead.

“My friends who arranged my rescue, also set me up with a new identity. On learning that and to further separate me from my old identity, I chose to significantly alter my appearance.” When she finished, she glanced at Cass and Liam. Based on their expressions, Susan wasn’t sure of their reaction.

After a moment, Liam’s arm around her tightened a bit, as he said, “Thank you for trusting me enough to share that. On my honor as an Apsaálooke warrior, I will never share or divulge what you have shared.”

Cass held Susan’s hand, as she made the same pledge. Cass gave her a hug then said, “What of your family?”

With a sad smile Susan said, “There is only me as my parents died in an accident while I was in college. I have no siblings.” Then after a moment her expression warmed as she added, “So it seems like my family consists of the friends I have here as well as Tracey and Steve.”

Cass smiled as she thoughtfully looked at Liam and Susan. “Well then, we are pleased to formally welcome you into our family with all rights and privileges.” Cass smiled as she noticed Liam and Susan clasped hands with fingers intertwined tighten a bit. Susan had a surprised expression as Cass gave her a kiss that conveyed the full meaning of her words. A kiss that Susan returned. When their kiss ended, Liam gently turned Susan’s head toward him. He then gave her an intense kiss that she returned. As they kissed, Cass caressed Susan’s back. By the time, their kiss ended all three felt some arousal but also a new sense of closeness. They sat quietly for several moments. Each considering the potential consequences of their pledge to each other and the change in relationship.

After several moments Susan said, “Cass, Liam, while I accept your offer, I am not sure I fully understand my inclusion.”

“You said all the family you have is here,” responded Cass. “We suspect that your view includes more than us. My statement was intended to clarify your relationship with us, and that is we consider you to be a member of our family. By our family, I am referring to the three of us. As to the role you will fill, time will reveal that. From my perspective, currently it as a very close friend, well perhaps something like a long lost sister.”

Liam nodded, “I also see you as Cass described. I’ve felt a closeness to you since shortly after we met. Cass and I have always been very close.”

“I agree,” responded Susan as she tighten her physical link with each of them momentarily. “I think my feelings for both of you are very similar to what you’ve expressed. I feel comfortable with filling the role of a very close sister. As to becoming a spouse, I like the idea and feel very comfortable with that possibility. Today that seems very likely, but time and events have a way of altering one’s destiny in unexpected ways. I suspect you know that I have a very close relationship with Tracey and Steve. Between us, Tracey has not been able to conceive, so I’ve offered to bear their children.”

Liam squeezed her hand and said, “That is very impressive. To hear that makes me very happy to have a sister willing to give so much of her self.”

Cass said, “If they wish, I would do the same. Liam and I have an intimate relationship.”

Susan noted, “I have a relationship with Lena, that revolves around horse activities, but there is an intimate aspect.”

Smiling Cass responded, “We have a few of those. We consider them to be casual, as something that only very close friends may engage.”

With that they shared with each other more of their backgrounds and their current endeavors. It was late in the afternoon when Tracey, Kathy, Steve, Miria and Gavin returned. When they entered both Cass and Susan smiled on seeing Miria and Gavin holding hands.

“So what do you all think of the place?” inquired Susan.

“A very nice operation,” responded Miria. “I saw more things that they do that I am going to suggest to AJ that he consider doing.”

Gavin added, “Miria, offered some very good suggestions. So I think it was good for both of us.” The whole time they were talking they continued holding hands.

It wasn’t long after that when Cathal and Jen returned to the house. On entering Jen said, “Do you realize how late it is?”

Seeing the time Cass responded, “So stay for dinner. If you depart shortly after we eat you can make it back before dark.”

Susan added, “If that is the case, we should feed the horses.”

Smiling Cathal said, “Hope you don’t mind, but earlier I had the horses unsaddled and took their bridles off. So they should be fine.”

“Thank you.”

“Despite Dante’s reputation, he was well behaved.”

Laughing Susan noted, “Likely relieved.”

“Well there is that.”

Glancing at the clock Miria then inquired, “Did Harris show up at the ranch?”

“Yes,” responded Jen. “We watched then after he left the ranch AJ played the recording of the incident. While Harris was angry and upset when he learnt the children weren’t there, he only said that their ability to care for the children would soon end. As they were leaving, they drove through some fences rather than use the lane.”

“So you think they will act tonight?” inquired Susan.

“Yes,” responded Cathal. “I think he intends to kill the Hawkins, whether he has the children or not. This is based on the activity at the campsite. They began emptying the bags into the drums this afternoon and added diesel fuel as they filled them. After dark we have a dozen marksmen who will take up positions on Bar H. AJ and several others are aware of it. Samuel and Donna reluctantly agreed to follow normal activity in the evening. What won’t be apparent is that they will retire to the tornado shelter.”

“Thank you,” responded Miria as she squeezed Gavin’s hand.

“Now that you all have that sorted, Cass how can we assist with dinner preparation,” said Tracey.

“Well we have a choice. We can eat here but usually on Friday and Saturday, we have our evening meal as a community affair in the meeting hall.”

Several seconds passed before Susan nodded then said, “Participating in the community dinner sounds interesting.”

Just as she finished Ann and Carie entered the house. Carie asked, “Can we go to the meeting hall for dinner tonight?” Several chuckled.

Miria responded, “Yes. You need to clean up before we go.”

Susan softly said to Cass, “Can we put the milk in another container? As I need to use them again.”

As the group chatted Cass transferred the milk then rinsed out the special bottles with hot water, before giving them to Susan. Susan nodded thanks as she took them and the bag with the pumps to the bedroom.

On their walk over to the meeting hall, Cass said softly to Susan, “Would you be okay with us announcing your inclusion in our family to the group? I know it may seem like we are pushing, but this is an unexpected convenient opportunity to share your inclusion with most of our community.”

“I am very comfortable being known as a member of your family and don’t have a problem with the community knowing. It will be interesting to see how my companions react to the news.”

In the meeting hall, Gavin led them to an open table. As they were sitting down several came over to greet them. Cathal, Gavin, Liam handled introductions. When Nituna, Brianna, and Darby saw Susan, they came over to greet her. After exchanging greetings, Cass told them that Susan was now a full member of their family although not fully versed in their customs. On hearing this, all three offered Susan assistance in learning their customs which she accepted.

Tracey overheard the their conversation. When she caught Susan’s attention, she winked with a smile and nodded. It was a response Susan expected and was relieved to see it.

Once everyone was seated Liam and Cass stood and raised a hand. When the room quieted Liam said, “Today, Susanne Wyland joined Cass and I and is now a member of our family.”

On hearing that Jason Crow, Allan Walsh, Brian Quinn, Nituna Flynn, Brianna Moran, and Darby Casey stood. Nituna looked to the others then said, “Welcome to our tribe. We feel honored that you chose to join Liam and Cass in forming a family. We will endeavor to acquaint you with our customs and history.”

After a moment Susan looked at Cass and Liam with a raised eyebrow. Seeing it, Cass gave Susan a slight smile then a nod. Susan rose and said, “Thank you for your welcome. I deeply care for both Liam and Cass. I hope as the opportunities arise, you will assist me in learning your customs and their basis.”

When the food was placed on the tables, Susan and her friends watched their hosts prepare to eat then followed their example. Susan thought it was similar to how food was consumed in some Mexican restaurants. She found the food to be quite tasty. A couple of the sauces were found to be quite hot, and she wondered if they were traditional.

Cass said, “Our food this evening is similar to our traditional food in taste and content. How it is offered to a large group like this, is not traditional. It is based on what we’ve seen other cultures do and is easier to accomplish.”

Tracey responded, “I like the flavor. Do you all do cooking lessons?”

Laughing Cass responded, “That can be arranged. If you let me know when you are coming to visit Susan, I’ll see what I can set up.”

“I can do that. I’ll ask Susan to let you know once we set a date. We are trying for six week intervals, but they may be more frequent.”

After dinner, many came over to meet Susan and her friends. During this Cathal and Jen slipped away for a short time. Susan and Miria both noticed their disappearance then glanced at Cass. Cass responded with a slight shrug and a wink. Both just smiled in return then shifted their focus back to the group.

When Jen and Cathal returned, Susan noted that both seemed quite relaxed. Jen said, “You know we probably ought to be on our way back.”

Susan looked around noting that many had left, then said, “While I am in no hurry, I suspect it is close to sundown. Riding back in the dark, will be a new experience for me.”

“It is not quite that late,” responded Gavin. “However, by the time you reach your home, it will be. If you would like, Miria and I can ride with you.”

“I think we will be fine, but your offer is welcome.”

Liam said, “It has been a while since we’ve ridden late in the day, so why don’t we join you.” As he was speaking he slid his hand in to Susan’s and gave it a soft squeeze.

With that the group began making their way out of the meeting hall. It wasn’t long after reaching the corral, that they had the horses saddled and were on their way back to Lone Pine. Susan found riding in the dwindling light provided her with sights she hadn’t seen before. When they reached the canyon floor a short distance from the stable, they dismounted to say good by. Cass, Susan, and Liam shared an intense hug then each gave Susan an intense kiss. After giving the others hugs, Susan, Tracey, Steve, Jen, and Kathy watched Cass, Liam, Gavin and Miria disappear backup the trail. When they were out of sight, Susan and her friends mounted up to ride the short distance to the stable.

– Lone Pine -

On reaching the stable, Susan was the first to see Jan and Crystal just inside the building. She said, “Good evening.” Those with her then said, “Good evening.”

“Welcome back,” responded Jan.

Crystal added, “We wondered if you were coming back today.”

“Well time sort of got away from us,” responded Susan. “I think we had a very good visit. I know I did.”

“I agree,” noted Tracey with Steve nodding in agreement.

Kathy said, “Miria and the children seem to be very comfortable staying there.” Jen, Tracey, and Susan smiled on hearing her comment.

Jen noted, “Based on what I saw, Emmy’s ex has dug himself a deep hole that will likely collapse on him.”

“Ugh?”

“Several wranglers from the AT ranch will be at the Bar H shortly to assist them in dealing with any attack the ex attempts. Some of the wranglers have backgrounds similar to ours. They do have very good images of the ex’s campsite, so they have a good idea of his intent. Based on what I saw, I don’t think it will spill over and impact us.”

“Good.”

As they were talking, they removed the tack from the horses. Each was given a bit of oats and released. The group then started toward the house. Susan said, “So how much did they get done on the stable today?”

Crystal responded, “The wall between the residents section and the stable is up. I think eight sections of the stable side walls are up with trusses connecting them.”

“That is faster than I expected, but then again I’ve never watched a stable being built.”

Steve noted, “Putting up the structure goes pretty quickly, it is the interior stuff that takes the bulk of the time and isn’t as obvious.”

At the elevator, Kathy said, “I think you know I enjoyed today.”

“Well we enjoyed having you along,” responded Susan with the others nodding in agreement.

As she gave each a hug Jen said, “Enjoy your evening. Don’t worry, Cathal assured me that he would keep us posted.”

“Enjoy yours as well,” said Susan as she gave Jen a hug. “You guys need to figure out a way to relax.”

“Oh, we do,” responded Jen as she headed with Jan toward their suite.

After entering Susan’s suite, Susan said, “How about a glass of wine?”

“A fantastic suggestion,” responded Tracey. “First I think, I’ll shed my riding clothes.”

“Good idea,” responded Susan as they headed to the bedroom. When she returned to the lounge, she was only wearing a quarter cup bra and a very short skirt.

Smiling Steve inquired, “Does Cass and Liam know how you all usually dress?”

“I believe so as they both been in the building numerous times,” responded Susan as she poured three glasses of wine. “What did you think of their ranch?”

“I was very impressed. I think Miria was as well. Several times she noted differences in how they do things at the Bar H. We did talk about how to suggest a change so that it would be truly considered.”

“I hope the collaboration works. She does seem to be fond of Gavin.”

“She definitely is,” noted Tracey. “I gather they’ve known each other for a while.”

“I don’t know. It is possible they went to high school together. However that is a guess, as I don’t know how schooling is handled here. To me there are three possibilities. Reservation school. Sheridan public school. Home school. The Reservation school would require the most travel. Sheridan school district has a bus route that passes here.”

Smiling Tracey said, “Liam’s announcement was a surprise. However, I am not sure what it means.”

“Well while you all were out sightseeing, our relationship took a step that I desired but hadn’t reached the point of expressing. Since meeting both of them we’ve become very good friends. I think Liam was having difficulty grasping how I could be lactating without being pregnant opened the door for us to express our feelings. So after some consideration, I shared with them the situation that resulted in me coming here in some detail. So they know that due to my apparent death, I’ve assumed a new identity. I noted that to further separate me from my past identity, I significantly altered my appearance which is the reason I am now lactating. I didn’t tell them that you all and the 3Js managed my disappearance. I suspect they will figure it out. On hearing my story, they both pledged to never disclose what I told them. We shared more of our backgrounds. In doing so, they learnt that the only family I have was you all and my friends here. Learning that I believe gave Cass the opening she was looking for and welcomed me into their family with full privileges. As to my role, both felt it will evolve from where we are today to me being their spouse. To me I see my relationship with them as having no impact on ours or the one I have with Lena. They indicated that they feel the same way.”

“Wow,” responded Tracey and Steve.

“One other thing. When we were discussing that I was lactating, providing you with children was mentioned. Liam complimented me on being willing to give you all such a personal gift. Surprisingly, Cass said that she was willing to do the same.”

“Really?”

“Yes. She was sincere.”

After Susan finished her wine, she suggested, “Why don’t we move our cuddling to the bedroom?”

“An excellent suggestion,” responded Steve as he took the last sip.

When Steve entered the bedroom, Susan and Tracey were kissing as they caressed each others breasts with their hands and their legs intertwined. After slipping out of his clothes he eased on to the bed next to Susan. Feeling his presence Susan shifted so she was laying on her back. Steve placed several kisses on her neck and shoulders. Then kissed his way down to her nipple. As he did this Susan’s hand caressed his leg then shifted toward his crotch. Steve covered Susan’s nipple with his mouth then began to suck as he caressed it with his tongue. As he drank her milk, his hands caressed both Susan and Tracey.

Tracey and Steve focused their caresses on Susan as they drank her milk. It wasn’t long before Tracey kissed her way down Susan’s chest and abdomen until she slid her tongue between her labia. Meanwhile Steve began placing kisses on Susan’s shoulders and neck. He interspersed them with intense french kisses. During this Susan caressed both Tracey and Steve. When Tracey sensed Susan’s crest approaching, she nudged Steve. Sensing Tracey’s intent by the hold she had on his cock, he moved between Susan’s legs. Sensing his intent Susan spread her legs. Tracey slid his cock head between Susan’s labia then positioned its head at her entrance. As Steve pushed into Susan, Tracey kissed Susan as she caressed her chest. Initially Susan caressed Tracey. Her caresses of Tracey slowed as her arousal intensified. As it crested, she wrapped her legs around Steve’s legs and froze for a moment. Her vision faded for a bit then she began to relax. Even so she used her legs to keep Steve from withdrawing. When she felt him soften, she spread her legs releasing her hold on him. As this was occurring Tracey had been kissing Susan or nibbling on her ears.

After Steve withdrew and moved to lay beside her, Susan said, “That was great.”

“It did look and feel like you were enjoying yourself,” whispered Tracey.

“While I think I am out of milk, who is next?”

“Well we could have some snacks before we snack on Tracey,” responded Steve. “Even so I feel I get twice as much pleasure as you guys do.”

“I understand what you are saying, but I feel a spike in pleasure when you and Susan reach your crests,” noted Tracey. “It is satisfying. However, being the focus with a cock sliding in my sheath gives me a different kind of satisfaction. It is difficult to express in words.”

“I think it is the difference between giving and receiving,” added Susan. “As to refreshments, I am fine with a glass of water and perhaps a granola bar.”

After they finished their refreshments, Susan kissed Tracey as she pushed her back on the bed. Meanwhile, Steve moved their glasses then laid down beside Tracey. Susan and Steve kissed and caressed Tracey in much the same way Susan had been when she was the focus.
