Chapter 31
Coming of Age Sex Story: Chapter 31 - This is the second book in the Wrinkle in Time Trilogy. It is a stand-alone book with an all-new cast that embraces getting a second chance, a do-over. Fortunately, this time, Xander had a cheat: life experience. I’d become the old man who no longer gave a fuck about others’ opinions. The problem was that by the time I learned this, I died … or so I thought. I found myself thrown back in time to do it all over again. Could I get it right this time?

About six weeks later, Xander had just finished working at his grandfather’s job site when he spotted Pippa and Julie sitting on their back deck and joined them. Julie ignored him while she played with her phone, but Pippa looked up from her tablet and smiled.
“Have you settled on a girl yet?” Pippa asked.
Xander had been playing the field and gone out on several dates, but none of them was the right one. He wasn’t going to have this conversation again; he’d been quizzed about his dating exploits at lunch almost daily, so he changed the topic.
“Why are you two sitting outside? I know it’s a nice day, but I thought sunlight was dangerous for people like you.”
“Mom has her art class over, and the model is...” Pippa trailed off and shuddered.
“What’s she talking about?” Xander asked Julie.
“Mom’s art class is doing nudes, and the old guy she hired looks like he’s homeless. When he saw us ... let’s just say I want a head start when he comes outside,” Julie said, looking up from her phone. “Now answer Pippa’s question.”
“I’ve learned a valuable lesson about girls,” Xander said.
“What’s that?” Pippa asked.
“No! Don’t fall for his bullshit,” Julie admonished her sister.
Xander ignored Julie and said, “Girls can talk for three hours straight, but five minutes into a blowjob, their jaw hurts. What’s up with that?”
Pippa covered her mouth, and her cheeks became flushed. Julie shook her head and said, “I warned you.”
“You’ve gotten blowjobs?” Pippa asked.
Xander glanced over at Julie, expecting another comment, but she only rolled her eyes.
“I had to find a way to get them to stop talking. It was for my sanity’s sake,” Xander said seriously.
“But why would their jaws hurt?” Pippa asked.
“Oh, dear God! If you answer that, I’ll cut your nuts off,” Julie warned him.
“We’ll talk later,” Xander stage-whispered.
“Okay,” Pippa whispered back and gave him a wink.
Yes, Pippa was shy, but not as innocent as everyone thought. It had taken Xander a while to figure that out. She paid attention to what her two older sisters got up to, and if she was anything like Izzy, Xander figured she’d done some spying. Then again, Izzy was in a class of her own after she’d filmed him and Angelica.
“So, Pippa, tell me about your love life. Are you seeing anyone?” Xander casually asked.
She looked away, and Julie glared at him.
“The reason I ask,” Xander powered on, “is that I somehow got talked into taking Izzy and her friends to the movie theater Saturday afternoon. I hoped you two would go with me and keep me out of trouble.”
“I can’t remember the last time I went to the movies,” Pippa said. “Why don’t you order pizza or something and stream one from the comfort of your home? Besides, is there even anything out right now that’s worth watching?”
“Think about it from the girls’ point of view. If he puts a film on at home, Xander can slip out, but if he goes to a theater, he has to be with them the whole time,” Julie said.
“We could make sure he doesn’t leave,” Pippa said.
Xander wondered how she would do that, but it would have been another story if Julie had been there. He was half scared of that girl.
“Thanks, that’s a good idea. I’ll tell Izzy about the change of plans,” Xander said.
“You’re buying the pizza, and we get to pick what’s on it,” Julie added.
There was a tap on the upstairs window. Xander glanced up, and some old guy in a robe—who did look like a homeless dude—waved at them. Xander swore he could see balls.
“You guys can come to my place if you want,” Xander offered.
“I think we’d better,” Pippa said.
The creepy old guy left about an hour later. The entire time the sisters were at their house, Izzy gave Xander the side-eye. Once Julie and Pippa left to return home, Xander asked, “What’s your problem?”
“You said I should warn you if you were about to make a mistake, and you’re about to make a big one.”
“Whatever do you mean, dear sister?” Xander asked in a haughty voice.
“Pippa would take one look at ... you know ... and never talk to you again. Julie, on the other hand, is a round-heeled slut.”
“Interesting,” Xander said, rubbing his hands together.
“It’s bad enough that you boned Chantel and Angelica. Those could be written off as a stupid boy letting his hormones get the best of him. But now that you’re a football star, you must be more careful. I know more than one girl who’d gladly get pregnant to tie you to them.”
“I need names,” Xander demanded.
“Take this seriously, numbnuts.”
“Yes, ma’am,” Xander said, pulling out his Southern drawl.
Izzy stomped her foot to show he was on her last nerve. As much fun as it was to wind up his younger sibling, Xander put on his serious face.
“I don’t plan on marrying either one of them.”
“I hate to think what all might be growing ... down there ... if Julie was with Brad,” Izzy tried.
“That’s why I use condoms. As a matter of fact, when you think you might be ready, let me know, and I’ll take you to buy them.”
“You won’t just give them to me?” Izzy asked.
“What are you planning to do once I go off to college? Put an aspirin between your knees and hope?” Xander asked, not able to entirely quit teasing Izzy.
“Mom’s already told me she’ll get me on birth control.”
“That’s all fine and dandy until you hook up with a guy like Brad. Do I need to do the ‘scared straight’ bit and show you pictures of all the different diseases you can get and what they do to your hoo-ha?” Xander asked.
“Did you ever ... you know?” Izzy asked.
Xander sighed. He’d promised himself to try to be honest with his sister about important stuff.
“I wish I had always worn one. But I didn’t with Angelica, and I knew she’d been with at least one other guy back in California,” Xander said.
“Xander,” Izzy said in her disapproving-mom voice.
“I plan to get checked before I do anything like that with someone else,” Xander promised.
Izzy leaned close to him and whispered, “You heard about Karen, didn’t you?”
Xander perked up because that crazy wench could be a pain in his backside when she perceived he’d done something wrong. Of course, he was always innocent of said charges, but even so, a little blackmail would do her some good.
“No, what?”
“At the last football party, she hooked up with Donnie Wilson. Everyone says he’s a guy you never want to be alone with, but that’s another story. Anyway, Karen gave him head, and you may have noticed she now has ‘cold sores,’” Izzy said, doing air quotes.
Xander usually tried not to look too hard at Karen, but he planned to check her out at school the next day. Then he shuddered when his pervy mind pictured Karen on her knees blowing him; it was enough to almost put him off sex for the rest of his life. Even though it was only in his imagination, Xander doubted he would ever unsee her lips with red, seeping sores plunging down as they scraped along his rod. He was sure her lips would feel like sandpaper.
“I hope Donnie’s dick falls off,” Izzy said.
Xander chuckled and admitted, “It couldn’t happen to a better guy.”
They both fell silent. Then Xander said, “What were we talking about?”
“That you should go out with someone like Jennie or Susan, not the Turner sisters.”
