Chapter 1

Arianna was an up and coming news reporter always keen to be a team player and do whatever stories were assigned to her. At 28 years old she had heritage that came from South East Asia, and had a fit and firing body on her that ensured she got plenty of lingering looks. And yet with all of that her journalism career was what mattered to her, she was as passionate and determined to make her mark.

She was handed a story one day by her chief of staff for the day, a guy in his early 50s who had been at the company for 20 years. She’d recently had a run in with this guy as she’d complained about a story he assigned her, she felt it was degrading as it involved her getting wet. She did it, but she said to him that she wanted a more serious “real” story to do next time. This story she was handed was based on cost of living, she would be going out to a tent city that had swelled to over 100 tents due to rental and COL expenses. It was definitely more serious but she didn’t feel great about doing it in a tent city, she felt it was disrespectful to those that had fallen on hard time. Her boss had said they had scouted the area and asked those in there how they felt about it, he said they appreciate it becoming an issue that people knew about.

She had no option but to take him at his word, and she her camera operator set out to the location. The camera op was good friends with the chief of staff so she knew it would be pointless talking to him about it. They got to the spot and the camera op instructed where she could stand, it felt intrusive but again she wanted to show she was a team player. One of the tents stirred and out came a man who was scruffy and dirty looking. He was in his late 30s she thought, “what the fuck do you think you’re doing?”

Arianna was taken aback but responded, “hi I’m Arianna from 5 local news, we’re here to highlight the rental and cost of living crisis.”

“Does it look like we want to be a part of your do-gooder story that makes you look like a fucking saint?”

“I’m sorry, I was under the impression that the people here were consulted. We’ll get out of here, I’m sorry!” She wanted to kill her chief, he’d sent her here knowing they didn’t have permission.

“Oh so now you’re gonna wake us and fuck off?!” The other tents were stirring, more men were getting out. “You wanted a story, well I’ll give you a fucking story!” He suddenly grabbed her by the throat and shoved her against a pole.

The camera operator was transfixed, he had his camera in his hands as more men started to crowd Arianna. “Jeff!!!! Help me!!!” Jeff did the only thing he knew in a crisis moment, he pulled out the camera and started filming. “Sorry Ari, looks like the best thing I can do is get footage for a story!” One of the other homeless men had grabbed her wrists and tied them behind the pole using some rope off the tent with the other one was choking her against the pole, while with his free hand the man choking her ripped open her satin top revealing her bra. Another man came around and yanked her skirt down revealing pink panties. Though the chokes Arianna managed to scream, “ahhhhhh stop!!!! No please let me go!!!!”

“Let you go?! You came here wanting to “help” us, that’s exactly what you’re gonna do! Most of us in this part are sex offenders, and we haven’t had some good pussy in ages!!!”
