Chapter 14

Drama Sex Story: Chapter 14 - Frank Devon from Book 1 continues his life and expanding business. I won't give away what happens, but this is book 2 of 3 with lots of story driven and character driven writing. If you are looking for an erotic story with no character development, keep moving. Otherwise, this is about how Frank keeps his business moving, expanding and the new people he meets along the way.

Jane sat there, stunned that she hadn’t thought about it. “Yes, I had a policy on daddy. Several million in fact.”

The girls inhaled at the number. They knew Frank had money, but now so does Jane apparently.

“Oh, and now that I am thinking about it, he had a bunch of money in investments as well. He always did seem to know where to put the money at the right time.” Jane said wistfully. “I suppose all I need to do is claim it all.”

“What do you want to do Jane? You don’t have to, I don’t know all of the legal angles, but if you claim it, people will hear about it. Are you ready to come out like that?” Frank asked, always the steady and level headed one.

She turned to him and put a hand in his, “As long as you are near me, I can do it.”

“Always.”

So it was decided. Two days later, the whole group had a tearful good-bye at the airport, Frank and Jane left to rejoin the world once again and whatever may come from that.

Frank rented a car and had Jane direct him toward her home in Illinois. When they arrived at her two story country house with lots of windows and a porch that ran across the front of the home, he told her how nice it was and how surprised that she could just walk away from all of this.

“Well, it may look nice, but without Kevin in it, it is just a building. It stopped being a home when he died.” Jane said softly.

He took her hand in his and walked toward the front door. The lights were all off and the drapes were closed making it look like no one was home.

They stepped up the front steps and Frank reached for the door knob but found it locked. Jane, without thinking, stepped to a bench and opened the lid and found a hidden key along one of the sides of it. She pulled it out, opened it, and slid the key into the lock and twisted it. She unlocked the door and it swung open with a squeak.

The house was as she left it. Table set, food dried and putrid on the plates. Dust on the furniture, on the pictures on every flat surface and items left sitting around as if they were expecting the owner to come right back at any minute.

Jane went to her purse which was sitting on a bench right by the front door and she opened it, pulled out her wallet and flipped open finding all of her bank card, ID and other items right where she had left them.

“Well that takes care of one potential problem I was worrying about.” Frank said.

“I know. Having a picture ID to go along with the WE is a good thing.”

Jane showed Frank around her house, ending the tour in the ‘office’ where Kevin had left all of the important papers of the family. He had pictures of his family all over proving what a loving father and husband he was. Frank picked up one picture of the whole family and marveled at the smiles and honest smiles on all of their faces. Not forced, not apprehensive, honest love and honest smiles.

“Jane, did you have a family lawyer? Someone you trusted?”

“Yes, his information should be here.” She said, moving to a filing cabinet and pulling it open. She thumbed through several folders then pulled one out and handed it to Frank. He flipped it open and found Catherine Hollis’s business card stapled to a sheet of paper along with several items hand written there. A code word even, but for what reason he didn’t know. It said, ‘SAFETY’ in bold letters.

Frank pulled his phone from his pocket and dialed the number on the card. It rang and was quickly answered by a man, “Catherine Hollis’ office. This is Mike.”

“Mike, good afternoon, my name is Frank Devon and I was wanting to talk to Catherine Hollis for a minute of some sensitivity. Is she available?”

“Yes sir, let me check her schedule.” Frank heard Mike clicking a mouse before he came back on. “Sorry sir, she is busy until tomorrow. Is there something I can help you with?”

Frank looked at the paper in his hand, “How about code word safety? Does that mean anything to you?”

Mike’s tone changed instantly and he quickly said, “Yes sir. One minute sir.”

The line was put on hold and then just as quickly a woman answered the line.

“Kevin? Is that you?” Catherine said in a rush of excitement.

“Catherine, no, my name is Frank Devon and I have Jane Morrison here with me. We found your name and number among his personal things.”

“JANE!! She’s alive!!!” She screamed with excitement. “Where are you? I’ll be right there, just tell me where you are!!” she said in a rush.

Jane took that moment to speak up. “Cate, it’s me Jane. I’m at home. Frank is the one who rescued me. I’m at home so why don’t you come right over.”

“STAY PUT, I’LL BE RIGHT THERE!” She said in a rush and hung up the phone.

Frank put his phone back in his pocket and then looked at Jane. “I guess we’ve got company coming.”

Jane laughed and left the office going back outside to wait for Cate.

They sat next to each other holding hands, and Jane resting her head on his shoulder. A mercedes pulled up and skidded to a stop and a woman wearing a sharp tan suit jumped out and ran toward the house yelling ‘JANE!’ the whole way.

Jane stood up, and the women came crashing together in a tearful embrace, both crying with joy.

“Where have you been? What happened to you?” Cate asked once they recovered from their reunion.

Jane shrugged her shoulders, “I broke Cate. I couldn’t handle it. My husband, my master, is gone, I fell apart and I had to leave.”

Cate hugged her friend, she was still too emotional for anything else.

Frank stood nearby watching, waiting until the women turned to him, one with a question on her face and the other in calm happiness.

“Who is this then?” Cate asked.

Jane stood up and moved to embrace Frank. “Cate, this is Frank Devon. He is my rescuer and my master.”

Cate’s mouth fell open then she did something that Frank was not expecting. She got down to her knees in front of him ignoring her suit or the dust and dirt under her knees. “Master Frank.”

Frank was caught off guard by her movements and from her words. He moved to kneel in front of her and offered her hand. “I don’t know very much about this lifestyle, but I don’t feel right when you are on your knees. Please get up.”

Cate got up and stood in front of Frank. “Thank you sir. For letting me stand before you as well as saving my friend. I don’t know what I would have done if she had died or disappeared like Kevin did. I’ve been keeping the bank away from the house as well as making sure that the investments are safe and sound, but we can’t touch them without a death certificate and they won’t issue one to me even though I am the lawyer of record. So it is really good you’ve come back. Please let me help you Jane.”

“Of course. I wouldn’t have it any other way.” The girls laughed and hugged, and it was decided. Cate would continue to be her lawyer and right now, she was indispensable.

Jane locked the house, put the hidden key back in its spot and everyone got into the Mercedes. They drove to the police station and managed to find the coroner and he had the death certificate in a filing cabinet and gave Jane a copy saying how sorry he was for her loss. Jane took the sheet of paper from him, and looked at it, then folded it up and put it in her purse. “Thank you.” She said simply, then turned and walked out. Cate and Frank moved to catch up with her. They drove across the river to the investment office where Kevin’s money was sitting.

The receptionist showed them to a conference room and Morgan Jackson came in carrying a file folder and looked around the room. “Jane Morrison, oh my gosh, I didn’t think we would ever see you again.” He seemed genuinely concerned about meeting her and they embraced like old friends.

“I suppose you are here to claim the money and get it transferred to your name right?”

Cate and Jane nodded their heads.

“Good. Then you have the death certificate with you, I’ll get the paperwork dealt with. Do you want to make any changes?”

“No, but we should at least sit down later and talk about it. Kevin took care of all of that so well, I didn’t even think about it.” She had to wipe away a tear before it fell, but she managed to remain calm in spite of the stress.

“Very good Jane. It was good seeing you and I am sorry for your loss. Kevin was very good to us.” Morgan left the conference room with the death certificate in hand.

Frank looked around the room, trying to figure out what to say, but found nothing that made sense to him. He chose to send calming love to Jane through their link and when he did that, Cate looked at him and smiled.

Jane took a deep breath, reached for Frank’s hand and squeezed it as his love flowed through her.

Her next stop was the office of the insurance company where the life insurance policy was held. The trio walked in and went to the receptionist who also took them to a conference room where Saito walked in with a folder in hand and also expressed her sorry for Jane’s loss. She too made a copy of the death certificate and assured everyone that a check would be sent to the house as soon as possible. 30 days at worst.

Business concluded at the insurance office, they drove to the apartment Velvet Entertainment had in town and everyone sat to relax from the stress of the day.

Cate and Jane held hands, giving each other strength since both seemed to be recovering from their stress of the day. Frank sat in a chair and simply watched them.

“Cate, would you care to explain your relationship with Kevin and Jane? I just need to better understand what is going on. I can tell you are suffering as well.”

Cate moved to her knees beside his chair and began. “Kevin and Jane were husband and wife, that is correct, but he also had Jane as his sub. I was part of their group and would sub for Kevin as well. We kept it quiet and away from the girls, but the three of us would get together quite often and enjoy our time together.”

“Intimate time I assume?”

“Yes, very intimate time. Kevin was a lusty man and Jane and I worked together to please him.” She said, an obvious smile on her face.

“Did you love him?”

“In a way sir. I did.”

“Do you need a master since yours is gone?”

She looked up at him, a hint of excitement on her face. “Would you?”
