Chapter 2

Fan Fiction Sex Story: Chapter 2 - Hiro may be the youngest person to ever attend SFIT, but that doesn’t mean he’s too young to handle the various challenges that come with college life, including love. But what will he do when that particular challenge comes from several different sources at the same time? (Updated monthly)

“Hiro, change of plans,” read Cass’s text. “We won’t have to stay in a hotel after all.”

The text was sent nearly half an hour ago but Hiro was so engrossed in extracting Trina’s ‘core’, that he failed to notice it at the time. At first he was confused but the follow up text clarified things.

“Chief Cruz has graciously offered to let us stay with him and Megan until we can move back into our place. Seeing as how you and Megan are such good friends I went ahead and accepted. Hope that’s okay 😉”

Hiro rolled his eyes. Ever since the Cruz’s had moved into the area, his aunt had been trying to make him and the chief’s daughter a thing. It wasn’t that Hiro was strictly opposed to the idea, Megan was a wonderful girl after all, but he didn’t want to be forced into a relationship he might not be ready for. He also suspected that Cass accepting the invitation had more to do with the fact that she and Diego were now dating, rather than her giving Hiro and Megan the opportunity to grow closer.

There were more texts after that as well. Five minutes after that one was, “Is that okay?”, followed a few minutes later with, “Hiro, is everything alright? You haven’t responded to any of my messages.”

‘Oops,’ Hiro though but just as he began to type out a response the phone rang. It was his aunt, of course. He answered right away.

“Hiro?” Cass said before he could say anything, sounding worried. “Is everything alright? You never answered my texts. You’re not hurt are you? Where are you?”

“Sorry, Aunt Cass,” Hiro apologised. “I’m fine. Everything’s fine. Sorry to make you worry. I’m still at the cafe and was just working on something and only saw your texts now.”

“Oh, good. I thought that maybe you didn’t ... never mind. So, um, what do you think? About staying with the Cruz’s, I mean. I know I’d much rather stay in a house than a tiny hotel suite.”

“Yeah, I’m sure that’s the reason,” Hiro teased. “It has absolutely nothing to do with whose house we’d be staying at.”

“Watch it, young man,” his aunt replied. The tone was firm but he could hear the smile behind it. “You’re not anywhere near experienced enough to be teasing me about my love life.” Her tone then softened and sounded more cautious with what she said next. “Speaking of ... what would you say if while we were there I, um, shared Diego’s room?”

Hiro couldn’t help but blush at the implication. The teasing he and his aunt sometimes engaged in was one thing, but being confronted by the reality of how close the two adults had become still made him feel uncomfortable. “Oh? So it’s that serious?” he said, trying to keep his voice as steady as possible.

“It could be. You can think of this as a trial run. The four of us can spend this time together and see how things go and if it doesn’t work out or if it’s simply too soon, we can just go back to how things used to be.” The nervousness in Cass’s voice was apparent. It was obvious that she cared for Diego, but Hiro would always be her number one priority and she wouldn’t do this without his consent.

“Sure, Aunt Cass. Go ahead. I’m happy for you.” Despite his words, Hiro couldn’t help but feel a hint of anger, maybe even jealousy, towards Diego. He knew it was foolish, he liked the man after all and the two adults were a good fit, but for the longest time Hiro was the only male in his aunt’s life and now that someone else was close to her it felt like he was somehow losing something.

Cass could hear the reluctance in her nephew’s voice. “Hiro, I don’t have to stay with Diego. They do have two spare rooms.”

Hiro interrupted her before she could go further. “No! It’s okay, really! Like you said, it’s a chance to test things out. I can’t have you missing out on what could be a great opportunity just because of how I might, and I emphasise might, feel about it.”

“Then ... you’re really okay with it?” Cass asked cautiously.

“Yes, Aunt Cass.” This time Hiro was able to hide the reluctance from his voice completely.

“You know that means we’re going to be having sex, right?”

Hiro quickly held the phone away from him as if it had just given him a wet willy. “AH! Aunt Cass! Gross! Too much info!”

“Well, we are.”

Reluctantly, Hiro brought the phone back to his ear. “I know! But I don’t want to hear about the details of my aunt’s sex life!”

“That’s not details. That’s ... giving you a heads up. Giving details would be saying something like-”

“Ew! No! Stop!” Hiro interrupted.

Cass laughed. She had no intention of actually going into detail as her own embarrassment would be far too great, but she knew Hiro wouldn’t have let her get that far with her descriptions.

Hiro took a breath to regain his composure. “Aunt Cass, we both know I’m young, but I’m mature for my age and I’m definitely not ignorant,” he explained. “I know what it means for two adults to share a bedroom.”

“I just wanted to make sure you weren’t worried if you happen to ... hear something some night.” The blush was obvious even in Cass’s voice.

Hiro’s own blush deepened at the thought of hearing his aunt’s voice crying out in ecstasy. “Aunt Cass!”

“Okay, I’ll stop.” It was clear Cass was almost as uncomfortable telling this to Hiro as he was to hear it, though she did seem to be getting some amusement from his discomfort. “But it’s almost time for dinner. Are you coming to the Cruz’s soon? Do you need someone to come get you?”

“I’ll be there, Aunt Cass. Just give me a couple minutes to tidy up here and then I’ll be on my way. It’s not that far to walk from here.”

Ending the call, Hiro put the damaged remains of Trina’s head in a container and put a big “Do not touch” label on it, then placed her core in a protective case which he then put in his backpack. As nice as his home lab was, it didn’t have the equipment he needed to potentially interface with the core and thus learn how to fix Trina. Their headquarters would have what he needed, but with Basemax monitoring everything there and with the potential of any of the team just walking in on him, he decided that this pet project of his would best be done at his lab at SFIT. It wasn’t that he wanted to keep Trina a secret from the others, but for now he wanted to keep the existence of her core just to himself. He was the one who promised to help her so he was the one who was going to fix this.

On the way over to the Cruz’s, he contacted headquarters to see how Baymax’s repairs were going and let the rest of the team know his own status and where he and Aunt Cass would be staying for the next little while. He learned that Baymax would be fine, though it would take all night for the replacement parts to be manufactured, and thus Hiro would have a solid day’s worth of work ahead to put his robotic friend back together again.

Naturally, Honey Lemon couldn’t resist bringing up the fact that he and Megan would be living under the same roof. “If anything happens between you two, you have to tell us!” she insisted.

“What do you mean by ‘anything happening’?” Hiro asked, doing his best to play innocent.

Honey Lemon smiled. “Come on, you know. A boy and girl, both at that magical age where they start thinking about love, forced to live under the same roof. A fateful encounter is bound to happen sooner or later.”

“You read too many romance stories,” Gogo said to the other woman. “There’s no such thing as a fateful encounter, and mere proximity isn’t enough to make someone fall in love.”

Honey Lemon shook her head. “No, but it’s not like they’re strangers. There’s already a strong bond of friendship between them.” She then brought her attention back to Hiro. “Hiro, you have to take advantage of your situation!”

“I thought you were rooting for Hiro to hook up with Karmi,” Wasabi added, walking into frame of the video call.

Honey Lemon turned to him with a look of disappointment. “I am. Hiromi trumps Hirogan in my opinion,” she said, using the combined names of Hiro and the two girls to indicate each pairing. “But Karmi moved away so I have to work with what’s available.”

Hiro felt a little embarrassed and annoyed that the others seemed to be treating his love life as some sort of game. “Whoever said I was interested in either of them?” he asked, trying to cover his embarrassment with indifference.

“Are you saying you’re not?” GoGo replied with a knowing smirk.

“I...” Hiro began to deny it but didn’t bother to finish. The others all knew it would be a lie anyway.

Fred excitedly joined in on the conversation. “Oh, oh! If Megan And Karmi were to finally meet and be all like, ‘He’s my man!’, ‘No, he’s my man!’,” he said, pretending to be each girl in turn, “it would be just like Captain Fancy Pants issue number two seventy three where his then-nemesis, Miss Fortune, and his new partner, Styleen, who are both madly in love with his civilian identity, meet for the first time. Their battle over his attention was epic and lasted for like the next fifteen issues. Drama!” He said the last word as overly dramatic as he could, including shaking his hands.

“I know what you guys are trying to do,” Hiro said. He tried to maintain a calm and controlled demeanour, though he could feel how hot from embarrassment his cheeks were.

“Oh? And what would that be?” Wasabi asked.

“You’re trying to cheer me up by distracting me from thinking about Trina.”

“No we’re not,” GoGo denied, though she made the lie obvious when a few seconds later she followed it up with, “Is it working?”

A small grin appeared on Hiro’s face despite himself. “No, but it’s not really necessary. I had plenty of time to think after you guys left, and I’ve come to grips with what happened. While I can’t say I’m okay right now, I can say that I will be someday.”

“That’s good to hear,” Honey Lemon said. She quickly added, “Um, not about the not being okay part, but about the someday will be part.”

“I know. And thanks. I mean it.”

Hiro arrived at the Cruz’s then so they said their goodbyes, with promises to talk later. Walking up to the door, Hiro paused for a moment to get his emotions in order then gave it a tentative knock. A few seconds later the door was opened by a mocha-skinned teen who was wearing her typical casual wear, a striped t-shirt and jeans, and had her dark brown hair up in a short ponytail.

“Hiro! About time you showed up,” Megan said and gave him a hug. “Sorry about what happened to your home. But hey, look on the bright side! With a rebuild comes renovations, and maybe even a face lift to certain rooms, like that ancient bathroom of yours, or your bedroom.”

“What’s wrong with my bedroom?” Hiro asked, slightly offended.

“Nothing, if you’re ten. With that colour scheme and all those posters of robots on your walls I half expect to see a Mickey Mouse night light somewhere. And remind me, how many shelves do you have filled with dolls?”

“Action figures!”

“Same difference,” she replied, giving him a teasing smile. “But seriously, if you want to impress a girl when you bring her up there you might want to think about broadening your tastes.”

Before Hiro could reply, a voice came from somewhere inside. “Megan, how long are you just going to stand there talking? Aren’t you going to invite Hiro in?” her father called.

“Sorry, Dad!” Megan called back, then returned her focus to Hiro. “To be continued. Anyway, come on in. Mi casa es su casa, for a little while at least. Supper’s almost ready, so go get washed up and after we eat we can get you settled in one of the spare rooms.”

Before they could go anywhere, however, the Hamada’s pet cat came running up and rubbing against Hiro’s leg. “Mochi!” Hiro exclaimed, scratching the cat’s head, who purred in appreciation. “There you are. The change of location hasn’t bothered you too much, I hope?”

“He’s been great,” Megan said. “Though he does seem to really like exploring.” Almost as if on cue, Mochi then ran off in the direction he came, presumably to continue his exploring.

As the cat darted away, Cass appeared and gave Hiro a big hug. “You’re finally here!” she said to him, “I was starting to wonder if we were going to have to delay supper.” She then held him back and gave an appraising look. “You’re absolutely filthy!” she said, noting the sweat and grime still covering much of his clothes and face. She gave just a brief glance towards Megan and added, “I have no idea what you could have been doing to get so dirty, but go wash up right now, young man.”

Hiro was confused for a second as to why Cass would lie since she knew exactly why he was covered in dirt, then he realised what was amiss. “Um, Aunt Cass? You don’t need to tiptoe around the subject. Everyone here already knows I’m in Big Hero 6.”

“They do?” she asked, surprised, and looked over at Megan.

“I, uh, figured it out a while ago,” Megan confessed, blushing slightly. “And I promised Hiro I wouldn’t reveal the truth to anyone. And Big Hero 6 revealed their identities to my dad back during the robot uprising in order to gain his trust.”

“So that’s why the police suddenly went from trying to arrest you to helping you instead?”

“Yeah,” Hiro said. “Or partially, at least. Putting a stop to a robot armageddon that was partially the police’s fault probably had something to do with it too. Chief Cruz is the only one on the force that knows who we are, though.”

“Dinner in five!” Diego called. “Megan, come help set the table.”

The meal was delicious. Megan, with some assistance from her dad, had made a simple yet tasty pasta dish with a side salad. Cass had tried to help, but Diego had rightly insisted she had more important things to do than preparing supper, like talking with her lawyer about insurance claims. While they ate the only real topic of conversation was the cafe and what would be the next steps for the Hamada’s. It was far too early to know how long the repairs would take or even if the remainder of the building would have to be demolished and rebuilt from scratch. However, one bit of good news, at least for them, was that because the robot that had destroyed the cafe was technically Krei-tech, and because Krei had failed to secure his facility properly by not revoking Trina’s access, he was on the financial hook for the entire thing. That meant Cass could get pretty much anything she wanted and it wouldn’t cost her a dime.

The conversation shifted slightly during dessert, chocolate ice cream, when Cass brought up Hiro’s double life. “So, Hiro. You said that everyone here knows about you, um...” she hesitated only because Diego hadn’t been a part of the earlier conversation and didn’t want to accidentally say something that she shouldn’t.

“Being in Big Hero 6. Yes.” Hiro confirmed once more.

“Oh?” Diego added. “You know too?”

Cass nodded. “Hiro and I had a talk earlier today. Though I have to ask, who all knows your secret identity?” she said, redirecting her attention to her nephew.

“Oh, um, let’s see.” Hiro had to think for a moment. “Obviously there’s everyone in Big Hero 6, which just to be clear is me, Honey Lemon, GoGo, Wasabi, Fred, and Baymax. Then there are you three. Krei knows, and so does his assistant, Judy.”

“Alistair Krei knows?”

“Yeah, which is why we kind of have to help him out so often. He’s not really exploiting us or anything, but we do kind of owe him. Um, Fred’s parents and butler also know. Fred’s the one financing all our stuff, so it’d be weird if they didn’t know where their money was going.” Fred’s dad was also the famous superhero ‘Boss Awesome’, but that wasn’t something for Hiro to share. “There’s also Roddy Blair, master of lairs, who built our headquarters. And Professor Granville, and Noodle Burger Boy, and Momakase...”

“Hold up,” Diego interrupted. “Momakase, as in the criminal?”

“Criminal?” Cass asked. “Wait, a bad guy knows who you really are? Hiro, do we need to be worried about that?”

“She knows, but she’s really not that bad of a person. With those blades of hers she could kill very easily, but she never does. She steals, yes, but she’s never told anyone who we are and never used that information to her advantage.” Well, she did once, by blackmailing Hiro into helping her steal back some heirloom swords, but the others didn’t need to know that just now. “And remember, it was thanks to her double-cross of the evil Noodle Burger Boy that we were able to remove Obake’s chip from him and the other bots.”

“How’d she find out?” Megan asked.

“Remind me again who Obake is?” Cass asked at the same time.

“Obake was,” Hiro began, putting emphasis on ‘was’, “the person who tried to wipe out San Fransokyo a while ago with that big energy blast that destroyed the lighthouse. He was an engineering genius and wanted me to be his protege, but when I wouldn’t go along with his plans to wipe out the city I became his nemesis instead. He used Noodle Burger Boy’s customer profile algorithms to figure out our identities, and then he told Momakaske, who was working for him at the time.”

“Do you know if he told anyone else before he died?” asked Diego.

Hiro nodded. “Obake built Trina, so she knew pretty much everything he did. Globby was his henchman then too, so he found out at the same time as Momakase. But Globby’s a good guy now, and a friend, as is Noodle Burger Boy, and Trina...” he trailed off. The events of the day were still too raw to put into words.

“That is a fairly large list,” Diego pointed out. “Dare I ask if there are more?”

Hiro let out a reluctant sigh. “Yeah, a few. Diane Amara and her assistant Chris know, as does Liv. At least, they know about me and Baymax. I’m not sure about the others. Considering none of them have said anything, I’ve been assuming that Liv had ordered the other two to keep it secret.”

“But why would they?” Cass asked. “I mean, they were arrested because Big Hero 6 exposed their illegal activities. Turning people into monsters. Why would they keep your secret?”

“Both Diane and Chris are clones, made in a lab,” Hiro explained, “and they were essentially programmed to follow the orders of their creator. If Liv told them to not tell anyone who we are then they quite literally can’t.”

“What about Callaghan?” Diego asked. “When I was trying to find out who Big Hero 6 was I questioned him in prison. I was sure he knew but he was very evasive and didn’t so much as hint at anything.”

Hiro nodded. “He knows. Whether it’s guilt over Tadashi’s death or gratitude for saving his daughter I’m not sure, but he seems pretty intent on keeping our secret.”

“So a few friends and family know. And the enemies who know are either dead or are willing to keep your secret for one reason or another,” Megan said in summary.

“Pretty much.”

“I guess there’s only one thing left to say about this,” Cass said. There was a slight sternness in her voice that made Hiro worried. She looked at Hiro and said, “I’m your only family. Why am I the last one to find out?”
