Chapter 1

Barrett Kendrick Thompson was the son of William Jr. and Meredith Thompson. William and Meredith were from wealthy families and lived off their trust funds. Madeline Thompson was the family matriarch with three children: Benjamin, Melanie, and her youngest, William Jr., named after her late husband, William. Benjamin and Melanie’s children were all girls, and Madeline pressured Junior to have a child. She wanted a grandson and hoped Junior and Meredith could produce one.

Junior and Meredith didn’t want any kids but agreed to have one to get the family matriarch off their backs. When they produced a boy, he became Madeline’s favorite grandchild, much to the delight of Junior and Meredith. They didn’t want anything to do with raising a child and let Melanie handle everything for their son, Barrett Kendrich Thompson.

Madeline hired Barrett’s nanny and chose his pediatrician. She even took Barrett to Switzerland twice yearly for special DNA and Gene treatments at a clinic. She was determined to have Barrett assume control of the Thompson Family Trust someday. Madeline was disappointed with her children and granddaughters. They showed no motivation to do anything but live off the riches she had provided them.

Madeline’s attention to Barrett created tension and resentment in the Thompson family, but she told them to show initiative and that she would help them, too. Benjamin, Melanie, and William Jr. tolerated their mother’s requests and demands. But privately, they could wait for their mother to die so they could divide the family fortune between themselves.

They knew their individual trusts wouldn’t last, and so did Madeline. She secretly watched her children’s finances and knew they would run out of money in less than fifteen years. So, she changed her will to give her children a hard dose of reality. Instead of dividing the family fortune, they would only receive an allowance of 50k per year. If they wanted more, they had to work, and the trust would match those earnings.

By the time Barrett was five years old, Madeline knew she had made the right decision to take him to the Clinic in Switzerland for special treatment. Barrett was advanced in his age in height and weight and extremely intelligent. In addition to the nanny, Madeline hired a tutor and chef to prepare nutritious meals for him. Barrett had exceeded what the nanny could teach him, and it became evident to Madeline that Barrett needed to be home-schooled.

As Barrett called her, Nana also enrolled him in a karate class for exercise. Like everything else, Madeline researched extensively before choosing the dojo and Sensi to train Barrett. Barrett trained three days a week at the dojo with Sensi Huratoi. Then Madeline paid extra for Sensi Huratoi to teach Barrett Chinese after training. Madeline felt learning foreign languages was important, and the nanny had already taught Barrett Spanish.

Madeline also did something she regretted not doing for her children. She told Barrett that if he wanted something other than necessities, he needed to figure out how to earn it. Little did Madeline know, but she unleashed a monster. Barrett was a natural-born salesman and could overcome the strongest objections. He started by walking dogs for the neighbors. Barrett found he had a special gift with animals, and dogs loved him. Dog walking turned into dog training, and Barrett was earning all the money he needed, and it was cash.

By the time Barrett was ten years old, he had more work than he could handle, so he raised his training fees and created a waitlist. His father and mother never allowed Barrett to have a pet because they hated animals or anything that required attention. Barrett wondered why they had him because they were never home, and he saw Nana more often than them. Nana told Barrett that his parents were irresponsible and thought having a child would be good for them. Barrett said a hard kick in the ass would do more good, and they laughed.

Barrett first argued with his parents when he adopted a German Shepherd puppy. One of his clients had to move overseas and couldn’t take their new puppy. Zeus was from a champion bloodline, and they paid a lot of money for him. But they had to move quickly, so they gave Zeus to Barrett. When they found out, his parents blew a gasket and demanded that Barrett remove the dog from their house.

Barrett called Nana, and she watched while Barrett overcame every objection his parents had about the dog. Then he hammered the final nail in their coffin. Barrett told them that Zeus would protect him and the house while they were gone. There was no argument that they could make without sounding foolish, so they gave up. Madeline was laughing inside, watching Barrett manipulate his parents. It was as if Barrett was the parent and they were children.

Madeline was pissed off that Junior and Meredith stayed away from home so much that she finally hired a private detective to follow them and document their activity. When Madeline received the private Detective’s report, she threw up. Junior and Meredith were going to swinger resorts and doing all kinds of perverted things. But what surprised her most was that Benjamin and Melanie were there with their spouses. No wonder her granddaughters were so screwed up.

She would get involved with her granddaughters, but they were near adulthood, so it wouldn’t do any good. Madeline thanked god she took control of raising Barrett and removed his parents’ influence on him. That and the special treatments had done more for Barrett than she could have hoped for or imagined. The next time Madeline took Barrett to the Doctor, Charlotte Blake, his pediatrician, told Barrett to undress and put on a gown. Charlotte checked his height, weight, and blood pressure and did a thorough exam. She said Barrett was taller and weighed more than normal, but otherwise, he was a healthy, well-endowed young boy, and Charlotte and Madeline giggled.

While Barrett got dressed, Charlotte advised Madeline not to let Barrett wear regular underwear. It will restrict his growth and cause internal problems, so have him wear boxers and only wear support when exercising. Charlotte lowered her voice and said Barrett was larger than some grown men now. He’ll be a lady killer when he reaches puberty, and they laughed.

On the way home, Barrett told Nana that Doctor Charlotte paid a lot of attention to my cock and balls this time and asked if it was normal. Madeline had to pull over because she was laughing so hard. When she recovered, Nana told Barrett that he was larger than normal. Dr. Carlotte was checking to be sure everything was fine and giggled. But she warned Barrett that only you and medical personnel could touch you there, and Barrett said he understood.

After dropping off Barrett, Madeline planned the next trip to Switzerland and the downfall of her children. According to the PI report, the swinger resort they visited they visited was in Mexico. So she made some calls down south to some old, reliable friends. Then, Madeline had her attorney draw up a power of attorney paperwork for all her children in case something happened to them.

Then, Madeline calls her children to the attorney’s office to sign the updated trust. She explained the laws had changed, and the trust had to be updated to remain legal. Benjamin, Melanie, and Junior showed up, signed the documents without reading them, and left. Everything was arranged, and she awaited their bimonthly trip to the resort. When the PI called and said they went to Mexico, Madeline thanked him and hung up.

Then she called down south to tell her friends to deliver the gifts. Her last call was to arrange for Barrett and herself to fly to Switzerland. If everything worked out as planned, she and Barrett would be in the air when Benjamin, Melanie, Junior, and their spouses were arrested. Madeline called Barrett and told him to pack for a trip to Switzerland, and we are leaving tomorrow morning.

Barrett called Sensi Hurato to say he would be gone for a week and would call on his way home. Then he called his customers and told them an emergency came up and he had to go with his grandmother out of town for a week. After all that was done, he asked his nanny, Rosa, if she could watch Zeus, and she readily agreed. Zeus barked his approval and went over and sat beside her.

The next day, Madeline picked up Barrett, and he reminded her he needed boxers. They quickly stopped at Walmart and picked up a package of six pairs. Nana said we’d get better ones in Switzerland, but those will do for now. After the plane took off, Barret went to the restroom and changed his underwear. When he returned, he asked Nana which side it should hang on, causing her to laugh. She said whatever side is comfortable giggling. Then Nana gave Barrett a German language folder with eight CDs. Barrent put on his headphones and put the first CD in Nana’s portable player.

When he was halfway done, Barrett got up, stretched, used the restroom, and napped until dinner. An hour after dinner, they landed and got settled in their suite. Nana turned on her phone, and she had several messages. She told Barrett to go to bed because he’d need to be rested for tomorrow and went out on the balcony. One call from Madeline’s friends down south said the gifts were delivered, and they loved their presents.

The next three were from Benjamin, Melanie, and Junior. They said they were arrested for drugs, and they needed her help ASAP to hire a lawyer and bail them out of jail. Madeline called the US Embassy in Mexico and said her two sons and daughter were arrested for drugs. She is in Switzerland with her grandson so she can’t do anything. The man at the Embassy said his name was Robert Eden, and we’d check it out, but these things take time here. He told her to call him in a week or so because they have to locate them, and it’s a long process. Robert also said there is no bail on drug charges and said goodbye.

Madeline was laughing inside when she called Benjamin’s oldest daughter, Cassady. She had just turned eighteen and would be able to handle things. When Cassady answered, it sounded like she was at a party and yelled for someone to turn down the music. Cassady asked Nana, what do you need this late at night? Nana said she doesn’t need anything from you bitch. But you will need my help getting your parents out of jail in Mexico. Also, tell Melanie’s girls that their parents are also in jail, along with Junior and his wife.

Madeline said she was in Switzerland with Barrett, so hold down the fort, and we will be back in a week. She said goodbye and hung up. Madeline laughed and said I’d bet the bitch wished she treated me better and turned off her phone and went to bed. Barrett had heard Nana’s phone call to Cassady, the bitch as he called her. He, too, was laughing at her situation now.

Barrett and Nana had breakfast and then went to the Clinic. Doctor Conrad Andros welcomed Barrett and Mrs.Thompson and was excited. A nurse took Barrett to a treatment room, leaving Doctor Andros alone with Madeline. Doctor Andros said the next stage is ready, and Barrett is at the perfect age. Madeline asked if it was safe, and Doctor Andros assured Madeline it was thoroughly tested and Barrett would be the first to receive it.

Stage Two was the same as the first, taking three treatments, one for each day. Barrett had to stay immobile and piss in a bedpan. Luckily, he did the other in the morning, so he didn’t have the embarrassment of crapping in bed. The Clinic also gave him laxatives to take at night because of his inactivity during the day. However, unlike the first stage, the second was bad, and the Clinic had Barrett spend the night. Doctor Andros wrote it off as Barrett’s body adapting to the new treatment, and the next time would be a breeze.

What Barrett didn’t know was Nana was also receiving treatments from Doctor Andros. Hers was different and designed to slow aging and bone and mass. She also got skin and hair treatments and looked like she was in her mid-forties instead of her mid-sixties. Her friends accused her of going under the knife when going to Switzerland and relished their resentment.

After the final treatment, Barrett had to ride in a wheelchair to the suite and go to bed. The next day, he felt better, and Nana took Barrett shopping. Nana and the salesgirls had fun selecting the right size and style of underwear. Two days after his last treatment, they returned to the Clinic, and Doctor Andros gave Barrett a clean bill of health. He told Barrett to keep his journal current and that he would see him in six months.

Barrett never kept a journal and didn’t believe in writing things down for others to find. His memory was excellent, and he could choose to tell what he wanted other people to know. On the flight home, Barrett finished the German language CDs and noticed that they had been issued by the US Department of State for Diplomats and Embassy staff. He asked Nana if he could get Japanese, Russian, French, Arabic, and Farci. Nana laughed and said yes, she would get them for him.

When they got to Barrett’s house, Zeus greeted them, and Rosa said your granddaughters visited several times. Rosa said these were the notes she had collected at the front door when she checked the house and handed them to Nana. Rosa asked what happened, and Nana said Benjamin, Melanie, Junior, and their spouses had gone to a swingers’ resort in Mexico. While there, the Police raided it and found drugs in their rooms.

Rosa said Mrs.Thompson, this is bad. Americas caught with drugs in Mexico go to prison, and they aren’t like here. You have to pay for everything from toilet paper to shelter. You get one shitty meal a day, and that’s it. I had a cousin go to prison for a year, and he swore he would kill himself before going back. And don’t think you can send money to help them out.

The guards and gangs take almost everything, if not all, of it. If, by chance, some get to them, they will be beaten, stabbed, or robbed. The only way to survive is to find work for your food and shelter or do disgusting things. And never visit the prison. The guards do body cavity searches on everyone. But with the females, they have fun, and everything is on the table, including rape.

Mrs. Thompson, if your children survive, they will never be the same. Rosa returned to work, and Barrett asked Nana what she would do. Nana said she called the US Embassy and would follow their instructions. They went down there on their own and made bad choices. But I’m afraid to say getting them out of this mess may be impossible. I’ll call the Embassy today to see if they have an update. Meanwhile, if your cousins stop by, don’t answer the door.
