Chapter 27: Extended Stay

“We are pleased with Slave Laura’s progress so far,” says Mistress Claudia to Mistress Matilda while they are waiting for the meal to be served. “You have found a rare one in her. I would like to keep her here for another three months. I think we can do something exceptional with her training.”

“Only if Laura consents,” replies Mistress Matilda. “And I need her to return to Foxglove Hall in time for the next Dominas-Kongress. She is still to be my entry in the competition.”

“What additional training do you have in mind?” asks Condesa of Mistress Claudia, clearly not forewarned of this proposal.

“Slave Laura has proved herself to be adept at satisfying clients in a number of sexual positions. And her tolerance for bondage ... be it rope or chain ... is an added bonus. I have clients queuing up for a session with her. We shall train her to the highest standard of service until her obedience and submission are so transparent that people will think she was born a slave.”

“I presume these clients aren’t being asked to pay for sex with Laura,” says Mistress Matilda.

“Of course not! I know the rules,” replies Mistress Claudia. “We don’t hire our slaves out as prostitutes.”

I doubt the arrangements between Mistress Claudia and clients wanting sex are quite as benevolent as she pretends. But it at least prevents the stigma of being a prostitute attaching to me.

“One further thing,” says Mistress Claudia. “If Slave Laura is to extend her stay here, then I need her to take some form of contraception. Her male clients will wear condoms, but they aren’t a foolproof method of contraception.”

“That’s up to Laura to decide,” replies Mistress Matilda. “If she agrees to stay, then I won’t prohibit her from using a contraceptive of her choice. But only for as long as she’s here.”

Up until now, nobody has asked for my opinion. I’m actually dreading being asked, because I’m unsure of what I should say. My first loyalty is to Mistress Matilda. However, I can’t deny that I’ve come to feel a part of the regime here, and I now have friends among the slaves.

“And will Laura be required to work in a regular job in between her training?” asks Mistress Matilda.

“Of course!” replies Mistress Claudia. “She needs to have work experience for when she eventually leaves the Dominas-Kongress. I think a part-time job would fit best with the training I have in mind. Slave Laura, what sort of work did you do, or were looking for, before you were employed by Mistress Matilda?”

“I was studying to be vulcanologist, but I couldn’t find a job in that field, Mistress,” I reply.

“And what work does she do for you, Matilda?” asks Mistress Claudia.

“Office work,” replies Mistress Matilda. “Routine stuff, mainly.”

“Then I may be able to do better for you, Slave Laura,” says Mistress Claudia. “You met Madam Stephanie yesterday. She runs the volcano monitoring station down by the beach. I will have a word with her and see if we can fix you up with a part time job. After all, she owes us both a favour, and the prospect of more sessions with you might persuade her to be helpful.”

Since neither Mistress Matilda nor Mistress Hildebrand raise any objections, I presume the proposal doesn’t classify as me prostituting myself for a job. In truth, I would happily prostitute myself with Madam Stephanie for the opportunity of such a job. One advantage of being a slave is not having to worry about propriety.

“So, it only remains for Laura to decide whether to accept your offer,” says Mistress Matilda. “What do you say, Laura?”

“Thank you for the offer, Mistress Claudia. And thank you Mistress Matilda for allowing me the choice. If a proper agreement between the three of us can be drawn up, I would very much like to stay here at the Cavernas del Diablo.”

“Excellent. Now let’s enjoy our food,” says Mistress Claudia.
