Chapter 13

Corey stood under the shower’s hot water as he finished washing his hair. He picked up the soap and made sure he was extra clean as he washed his face, chest, and armpits. He was looking forward to his date with Tina today and wanted to look his best. Part of it was to impress her, and the other part was that he felt guilty about sleeping with Addie again.

It had been a few days since he and his sister reconnected emotionally and physically. Still, Corey was starting to wonder how long he could keep screwing his own sister without anyone knowing. He was surprised they’d made it this long, although there had been a few close calls. But since he and Tina had fully done the deed, it felt wrong to keep the sexual side of his relationship going with Addie. It was one thing when he and Tina were just messing around, but now, in his mind, at least, they were more serious.

He hadn’t even thought much of it until he shared a night with Addie again. He woke up the next day feeling guilty, but he couldn’t tell his sister that. He could tell she was happy to have him again, and he didn’t want to ruin that with her. Part of him had to admit that he did enjoy having sex with his sister. She was wild in the sack, and he missed her while they’d been fighting. But at what point was he cheating on Tina, and was that fair to her? He really didn’t want to hurt either of his girls.

These were the thoughts that ran through his brain when he turned the water off. He pulled open the curtain and was greeted by a steamed-up bathroom. The air was thick with water vapor, and the mirror was completely fogged up. He used his towel to clean it off somewhat before he started to shave. He lathered his face up and carefully passed the razor over his skin, shaving any little hairs on his face.

“Hey, you almost done in there?” Addie’s voice rang through the door, startling Corey.

“Geez, Addie, I almost cut myself. I’m almost done,” he called back. Without hesitation, Addie opened the door and invited herself in.

“Are you almost ready for your date?” she asked as she stood next to her brother and looked in the wet mirror.

“Can’t a guy get any privacy around here?” He asked as he passed the razer down from below his ear.

“You’re covered enough. Don’t be a baby.” She leaned in close and whispered in his ear, “if you weren’t, I wouldn’t mind either,” before she playfully pulled at the towel around his waist.

“What are you doing? We’ll get in trouble.”

“Nah, Mom’s downstairs, and if anyone was to get in trouble, it’d be me for bothering you. Not that you mind too much,” she said as she looked down at the growing lump in his towel.

“Knock it off. We had an agreement. Not close to when I’m seeing Tina, remember?”

“I remember, Mr. Grumpypants. I wasn’t going to do anything. I was just teasing.”

“Still, don’t get anything in your sick little head.”

“What, in case Tina finally lets you ravage her? You two are going on a nature walk. Not the easiest place to score, I wouldn’t think.”

Corey stayed silent. He knew that he and Tina couldn’t keep up the charade of not telling Addie they’ve started screwing around. At this point, neither one of them trusted her enough to know how she’d react, even after he and Addie mended their relationship. It took some convincing to even get Tina to call Addie again. She was still mad at her best friend, but he did manage it. They were clearly back on speaking terms since he hadn’t told Addie where he was going for his date.

“Not everything is about getting laid, little sister,” Corey said as he washed the residual shaving cream from his face.

“I know, I just...” she paused for a second to find the right words, “I want you two to be happy is all. I can’t make up for what happened, but I want to help make things right, if I can,” Addie said earnestly, which made Corey feel a little guilty about his lie.

“I’m sure you do. But this is between Tina and me.”

“I know...” she walked up behind him and whispered, “if you strike out, you can have me tonight instead.”

Before he even had the chance to respond, Addie quickly scampered out the door and ran down the stairs. Corey just shook his head and thought out loud, “Just when I thought she’d changed...” He picked up his toothbrush and started to brush. His cock was betraying him yet again.

Now cleaned up and dressed for his date, Corey made his way downstairs to get the keys to the car. When he reached the bottom step, Addie tore off up the stairs towards the bathroom, yelling, “About time!”

Corey walked to the kitchen where his Mom sat on a stool drinking some lemonade. She smiled at him, walked over, and adjusted the collar on his shirt.

“There, that looks better. I didn’t have the chance to thank you for making up with Addie. I can see you’re both almost back to normal now,” his Mom said as she passed over the keys to the second car.

“Thanks, Mom. I thought a lot about what you’d said, and I tried to see it her way. Still though, I know she was feeling left out, her brother and best friend dating and all. Though there’s not much I can do to fix that,” Corey replied.

“She’ll have to get over it, I guess. Once she starts dating herself, she’ll see what it is like to be with someone. Until then, just try to include her in some of your activities. Don’t leave her completely alone. As you said, you are dating her best friend. It’s like losing two people at once.”

“I know. Tina’s come around to talk to her and I’ll suggest some kind of group date or something.”

“That’s my boy. Alright, you two have fun ... but safe fun, understand?”

Corey rolled his eyes in embarrassment, “Yes, Mom. See you later!”

He grabbed a backpack with some snacks and things for their hike and headed out the door. The weather was nice, a mix of warm sun with scattered clouds to add some contrast to the blue sky. Corey got in the car and pulled out, then cranked the radio and headed towards Tina’s place. It was a drive he’d made a number of times at this point and he could feel the excitement build once again. Despite dating Tina for several months now, he still got jittery as he approached her house.

He pulled into the driveway, killed the engine, and headed up to the door. He rang the doorbell, and not a second later, the door was flung open, as Tina leaped into his arms.

“Hello, gorgeous,” Corey said as he kissed the beautiful brunette.

“Hello yourself, hot stuff,” Tina said with a wink.

“Careful now, don’t make me separate you two,” came Tina’s Mom’s voice from around the corner. “Hello, Corey, beautiful day for a hike.”

“Yes, it is. The weather is just perfect,” smiled Corey.

“Well, have fun, kids. See you at 11:00, ok?”

They both said goodbye and headed to Corey’s car. Corey pulled out of the driveway and started down the road, when Tina told him to take a right. The park they were supposed to go to was in the opposite direction. Corey asked what was going on.

“We’re going to circle the neighborhood a few times. Mom and Dad are going out for a work dinner and the house will be completely empty,” Tina said with a sly smile.

“When are they supposed to be back?”

“10:30 or 11:00. We can have the whole place to ourselves.”

“And you’re certain they won’t be back early? I don’t think we want a repeat of what happened at my house.”

“No. So, just in case, you might want to leave at 10:00, but they usually stay late to schmooze with their partners. When they do get back, they’ll be drunk off their asses.”

“Sounds good to me. When are they supposed to leave?” Corey asked as he got excited.

“In about twenty minutes, so just drive around for a bit then we can loop back and check.”

They drove just outside of the neighborhood for twenty-five minutes, and then finally went back toward the house. Corey got nervous when they passed by the house and their car was still there. Tina insisted they took a cab, so they didn’t have to leave the car somewhere else overnight. She told him to pull into the driveway and they could check to see if they were truly gone.

“How are we going to know though?” Corey asked as they walked to the front door.

“We’ll go in and look! Worse case, I’ll say I forgot something, and we just drive around for a while again. But I see the front lights on, which usually means they’ve left.”

Tina unlocked the front door and casually stepped inside. Corey was a bit more cautious. He was checking corners and listening for any sounds that could indicate they weren’t the only ones there. The large house was dead quiet with only a couple of hallway lights on.

“Mom? Dad? Anyone home?” Tina called out loudly. Corey watched her walk around, poking her head into different rooms while he stayed by the front door. He really didn’t want what happened to Tina to happen to him. Despite how much Tina’s parents liked him, he didn’t think they’d look too kindly to walking in on him fucking their only child.

Tina returned with a big grin on her face. “They’re gone. We have the whole place to ourselves.”

“What do you want to do?” Corey asked, raising an eyebrow.

Tina grabbed his arm and pulled him towards the stairs. “Come with me and find out.”

Corey was pulled down a long hallway in a part of the house he’d not seen before. In all the times he’d known Tina, he’d never actually been upstairs. There was never a reason to go up there, since he usually just accompanied Addie before they’d started dating. They usually just stayed on the ground floor watching movies or going out to the pool.

Tina opened a door and pulled Corey into a large room that was obviously her bedroom. Tina tried to kiss him, but he just stared at the enormity of her personal space. It was larger than his and Addie’s rooms combined, with its own bathroom off to the side. The walls were painted in a light but noticeable pink, with a bunch of framed posters on the walls. Some were from different cities around the world, others were bands, and some he didn’t even know what they were, but possibly art of some kind.

There was a large queen-sized bed centered along the back wall, a large desk with a multi-monitor setup that made Corey drool, and various dressers and shelves scattered about. He was curious to look into this part of his girlfriend’s life which he had never seen before. He wanted to explore the mysteries of this girl he thought he knew.

Tina, on the other hand, had other ideas in mind. She pulled his face back to her own, “You can snoop later. Right now ... I want you on my bed,” she said as she pulled her shirt over her head. That got Corey’s attention again and he picked her up around the waist and sat her on her large bed. He climbed on top of her and they started to make out.
