Chapter 19

Science Fiction Sex Story: Chapter 19 - This story is about a man who lived on Mars in 2097. Zeke was not ordinary; he was gifted with unusual powers. His aim in life was to improve the lives of his family, friends, fellow Martians, and even Earthlings. If he had a little excitement along the way, that was just a bonus.

Zeke reflected on the situation.

Man had been shooting shit into space for near on a hundred and fifty years. Most of that had been in the last seventy years. He now knew why UNSEC had jumped at his proposal to clean up Earth’s orbit. They had made attempts in the past but not to any great success.

Previous scoop designs and tiny ships were not as good as his. He knew he’d have difficulty stopping others from trying to muscle in once his Z4s were on the market. However, UNSEC and the other Space related Governments had signed the deal to give him exclusive rights.

Anyone found harvesting or selling the junk would have to give half their profits to him or be prosecuted for theft. In reality, he only expected to get a year at most out of the deal.

While the hauls would be big initially, that should taper off fast, and it would take longer to collect a load. Zeke’s problem was how he would get all this junk processed within two weeks.

He was soon docked with Raul.

Raul Hernandez was from Lima, Peru.

He was 166cm tall. He’d say average. He said he was a typical Mestizo. By looks, his Spanish ancestors had taken a liking to the Indigenous population. The ochre tone of his skin was prominent. He had a smile that won hearts, and he was an easy-going, mostly self-educated man.

His three-year-younger wife, Sofia, was a little Chokito doll. She stretched to make 154cm. Her figure was all woman. She wasn’t overweight, just well-endowed. She was a mother-in-waiting with her sweet disposition.

Just don’t play poker with her, as she was a card shark. She was also an amazing mechanic and cook. Zeke loved gracing Sofia’s table. Raul liked to laugh and say that she just sweet-talked the machines, and they fixed themselves.

A common misconception was that freighter people were barely one step above illiterate, long-haul semi-drivers on Earth. Or they were called Space Gypsies, implying they were lazy, light-fingered thieves. Zeke knew this was far from the truth for the majority.

The course his brothers had just done was reputed as one of the most difficult to do without a University Maths or Physics degree. It had a seventy-eight percent fail rate the first time through. All starship Captains and helm crews had to pass a similar course.

Raul was twenty-two when he completed the course two years before. Then, his father died six months ago, leaving the freighter to a newly married Raul. Raul wasn’t aware of all of the debts his father had accumulated, mostly to pay for Raul to go to Flight School.

Unfortunately, the Condesa was hulled two months later in Earth space and had to go to the shipyards after Raul limped back to the Station. Raul was broke, and he couldn’t afford to fix her. Zeke had met Raul in Burnie’s waiting room that day.

After talking to the glum man, he offered to pay for the ship to be fixed, but Raul had to work for him for two years to pay it off. Basically, the same deal he gave his brothers.

While Raul didn’t have a lot of options, he decided he wouldn’t get a better offer, and he got to keep his ship. He also felt that he could trust Zeke despite his age. He felt drawn to him.

In the meantime, Raul would come to work for Zeke. Bella wasn’t the only ship Zeke owned, and having a spare pilot at his beck and call was very handy.

He had a lot of irons in the fire at the time and was dealing with bureaucracy.

For the first three months, Raul did a lot of trips with Zeke.

He even did several trips to Mars and back by himself, while leaving Zeke on Morpheus or Armstrong. However, whenever he returned to Morpheus, he knew not to let anyone on the ship until Zeke turned up. He even knew why.

While Zeke’s brothers never outright asked Zeke about being a mage, they had guessed quite some time ago that he had magical abilities. After the Fortune came back from Delta Pavonis, they were certain.

Raul was also quick on the uptake. He did ask Zeke after their second trip to Morpheus. It was pretty hard to hide the fact that cargo mysteriously disappeared from the holds, and new cargo appeared to replace it.

While Raul’s Church argued there was no such thing as magic, it was all God’s will, Raul wasn’t convinced. His ancestors believed in stranger stuff. He was thrilled to be working for a wizard.

When Zeke told him why he had really hired him, Raul was content. Lee’s web pages said magical people had to do good. To Raul, cleaning up the space junk that damaged many ships, even his own, and it killed more people than was ever reported to the public, was a good thing.

Zeke had dropped Raul off at Armstrong Station a month ago on an unscheduled trip. He paid off his ship, Raul’s ship, and dropped off the last of the parts for the two runners.

Burnie had said it would take two weeks to finish the first runner. He would have Zeke’s new ship fitted out, and the other runner finished when he returned in a month. This suited Zeke just fine.
