Neither Eve nor Will remembered to set an alarm. When they woke both were running very late for their work. Will put on sweats and a ball cap and rushed to his office. Eve put her hair in a braid and donned her scrubs. Both were out of bed, dressed, and off to work within minutes.
The rest of the day was just as hectic for both as impromptu meetings for Will and emergency appointments for Eve juggled their schedules. Both worked well past their normal quitting time.
