Sitting at the table in the conference room were Dan Fagan, Burt Radisson, and Caley Morgan. They were discussing the talk program that was going to replace the “CHIPs” reruns that were being shown after the late evening news on Saturday. That time slot was up against “Saturday Night Live” and because of that opposition, the “CHIPs” re-runs didn’t draw many if any viewers.

After some discussion, it was agreed that the name of this show was going to be “Opinions.” Caley suggested that the show be called “In Depth” but Dan favored the other name. Since Caley had one vote and Dan had one hundred votes, the name of the show would be “Opinions.”

“I talked to Clarence Thomas and he is signing on to be the moderator,” said Burt. “He had his fill of traveling since he retired and says this will be something different for him to do. His personality is such that I think he will do a fine job in leading these discussions. Paul Conners did agree to be a weekly participant so long as we tape the show on Friday afternoon. He wants to make the best use of his time as he enjoys his weekends away at his cottage.”

“How about you Caley, what have you come up with,” asked Dan.

“I have made a list of people we can ask to be on the show. Some of the people on the list are a financial reporter, a physician, a financial advisor, an economics professor, two attorneys, and Larry Simon our sports reporter. Most of these people over time will be making more than one appearance.”

“Some of the topics they can discuss are recent and pending Supreme Court rulings, changing interest rates, investments to make and steer clear of, pennant races or football standings depending on the season, the college athlete transfer portal, AI regulation, taking a knee when the anthem is played, pending and passed legislation both locally and nationally, the open southern border and all that it entails, term limits, balanced budgets, the homeless problem, and weight loss drugs just to name a few.”

“The problem is that over time Paul in doing the news has touched on most of these subjects but I think his commenting on them again won’t hurt or be thought to be repetitious. I am also working up some promos to announce this program but I need to have a date when this program is going to start.”

“The Super Bowl is in two weeks so let’s start this program the Saturday after the Super Bowl,” said Dan. “I also want you to check with those that are on this show, including Paul, that this is to be an informative discussion and not a drag-out argument with voices being raised trying to make one’s point of view. There is too much already of that going on that I see on some talk shows.”

Burt said he would mention that to Clarence and Paul. Caley said she would firm up the promotions and see that they are aired. She would start lining up the people who would be on the show. She thanked her lucky stars that Burt was going to talk to Paul about the show’s decorum and not her.

On Saturday evening when the “Opinions” show was to premiere, Dan took Terry out to dinner. He told her about this new show and said he wanted her to watch it and give him her opinion as to what she thought about the show. Dan had already seen the show since it was done on Friday afternoon and he watched the video. He liked the show but he was careful not to express his view when he talked to Terry. He valued her opinion and was anxious to hear what she said after watching the show.

They did watch the show and Terry thought it was interesting and in time would have a good following. She said that “Saturday Night Live” was getting to be too political and is not as popular as it once was. Because of that, she thought there would be viewers looking for something else to watch.

“I thought the discussion about Senators complaining about the bill the Senate sent to the House on immigration not being brought immediately up for a vote was informative. They pointed out the fact that this Senate majority leader and other politicians are two-face in complaining about the House not bringing this bill immediately up for a vote. These Senators avoided mentioning the bill on immigration the House sent to the Senate over three months ago that still has not been brought up for a vote,” said Terry.

Dan thanked her for her comments and then started nibbling on her ear. She knew where this was heading and her hand went to stroke his thigh and moved up to clasp his package. She could feel his shaft stiffening in her hand. Nothing was said as they both rose and walked to her bedroom. There they undressed and made love.

The lovemaking followed a familiar path of kissing followed by Dan moving down to do some nibbling and then moving further down to do some licking. Doing that cumulated with Dan moving in between her spread thighs and putting his stiff shaft into her warm and moist sheath.

After they both had climaxed they rested, cuddled, and had another go at making love. It was one great evening.

Larry Simon was with Joyce and they watched the “Opinions” show. Their thoughts about the show were similar to what Dan and Terry’s thoughts were. Larry broke the news that he was asked to be a guest on the show a week before “March Madness” starts. He said that Caley had asked him to speak about the favorites in the tournament and what the transfer portal is doing to college sports. Caley said he should be prepared to discuss both the pros and cons of the portal and its effects. She said it wouldn’t hurt if he would mention some names of players and schools they left and the schools where they were going.

Joyce told him she was sure he would do well in discussing the portal but he needed to surf the net to prepare for what he was going to say.

Burt was at Tessa’s house and while he too had already seen the show, he wanted to hear what her comments were as to the show.

After the show was over he asked her and she said she thought it was interesting and well done. She did ask Burt if he knew that David Page was going to be on this show. She said she didn’t care what he was going to talk about, it just was that he was a “Hunk” that she enjoyed watching.

Burt started to make love to Tessa and was massaging her large breasts. He had a thought after hearing her say what she said about Dave Page being a “Hunk.” Burt knew that he too had his “Hunks,” one of which he was getting ready to nibble on.

Dave Page had taken Jill out to dinner. He was dating Jill when Mona wasn’t available and tonight Mona wasn’t available because of some family thing she had to attend.
