“Fuck you Entivala,” Florinta cried as she struggled to get up. “You were always the runt of the litter! I don’t know why Torvius wanted you! He could have had either of us, but he chose and became obsessed with you? If he had just picked one of us, things wouldn’t be how they are now!”

“Well if you are this horrid then I am not surprised he wasn’t interested in either of you,” I answered, causing her head to snap at me. “People of power, like him, want someone to be seen and not heard. I have a feeling you would have an issue with that and if your twin is anything like you, then she wouldn’t have fared any better. As for runt of the litter, she is a powerful adventurer who isn’t at risk of being homeless or put into slavery.”

“What the fuck do you know human?” She snidely asked, with a sneer. “You really shouldn’t talk to your betters like that.”

“Just how are you better than me?” I asked in response. “You have no title or power? You have no money, and the way things are going, soon you will have no home. It’s rather pathetic really that you still think so highly of yourself, even now.”

“Just who the fuck do you think you are?” Florinta growled in irritation, as she turned to face me.

“I am Pathios Daxion,” I answered. “The winner of the first tier of Champion’s Challenge and a member of Tyr’s pact house. I have fought people with more substance than you! Maybe some time being exiled in the dungeons would change your perspective!”

Florinta’s eyes widened in surprise, “You are Pathios Daxion?! What the fuck are you doing here and why are you with a loser like Entivala?”

My eyes narrowed, as I got into her face, “You would do well to watch your mouth, or someone will have to correct you. Call your sister a loser again and you will find yourself on the floor once again by my hand!”

Florinta’s eyes narrowed, and she got a smug look on her face, “Oh the great Pathios will hit a defenseless woman?”

I shook my head, “No, but Amenthia and Katie will take it personally, and I know they would have no issues feeding you your teeth. Plus a real woman doesn’t act like you do, a bitch does, and I have no problems putting a bitch in her place!”

I watched her smug expression crack and falter for a moment as she glanced at both of them, before returning her gaze to me. It was then she noticed the chokers on all three of them, as well as the markings on Katie’s.

“What should I fear from a slave?” The elf asked, her smug attitude returned. “Does her master know you have taken her?”

I smiled, “Of course he does, and she is to do whatever I say. So if I say for her to beat your smug ass until you learn your lesson, she will.”

“What of these other two?” Florinta asked, nodding at her sister. “She has a choker the same as the slave, as does the blonde.”

“Well my ladies need to be recognized,” I answered, watching the realization hit her. “Unfortunately Cassandra couldn’t be with us today, but then the other two weren’t able to come either.”

Florinta’s eyes widened in shock, “You are trying to get me to believe that you have six women? What? Do you have a magic cock or something?”

“Oh his cock is magic alright,” Amenthia purred, as she lightly bit her lip. “Never fails to fill me up and leave me an absolute mess. Mind you, his tongue and fingers are just as good, aren’t they girls?”

Entivala and Katie quickly chorused her statements, causing Florinta to look at them in shock. She looked back at me with defiance, but there was a questioning look in her eyes as well.

“So you are now some lowly commoner’s slut,” Florinta spat in frustration, trying to get some kind of foot hold. “What would our parents think?”

Enti crossed her arms and shrugged, “Frankly I couldn’t give a fuck what father thinks, because he never care about me, or you two for that matter. Besides, you, mother and our sister are practically commoners now. We were nothing but objects to show off and eventually sell off to others in marriage to gain political clout. That fact that you can’t see that, even now after all that happened, is really sad. That is why I left to join a pact house, because I didn’t want him dictating my life anymore, and I knew that one day this would come back to bite him in the ass. Now he is going to be locked away or banished and the family who should have supported me will now know how the other half lives! Mother is the only redeemable one out of all of you, but if she is still supporting father after all of this, that could be in doubt too.”

“You really hate us that much?” Florinta asked in surprise, which shocked Enti. “What did we ever do to earn that?”

“Are you fucking serious?” Entivala spat back. “You and our sister made every day a living hell for me. You treated me more like a servant than a sister, always demanding of me to do things and getting me into trouble when I didn’t. You were never loving, and I did everything to try and still show you love, despite all you did to me. You would shove me and hit me if I did something you didn’t like or just because you felt like it. Eventually, I couldn’t dismiss what you did to me anymore. So yes, I grew to hate and despise the conceited, selfish bitches you became. Mother was no different, siding with father, who sided with you. I don’t need any of you now. I have Pathios, Amenthia, Kat’ilth’ana, Cassandra and the others. I know what it is to feel loved and cared for. I have a home, a family, and friends.”

“If you are so happy, then why did you come here?” Enti’s sister asked, dejected by her sister’s attitude. “Just to gloat at how things are now?”

Enti thought for a moment, then replied, “To see what happened to you all. I might hate and resent you for what you have done to me, but you are my sisters and parents. I was curious to see if you had changed after what happened, but that was asking for too much. This is a merely a goodbye. I don’t plan on seeing any of you again, even if I do come home to visit again in the future.”

In one last ditch effort to get underneath her sister’s skin, Florinta asked, “What about your Troth’ish’tal? How will you ever find your destined? Slumming with that human makes you no better than the king you despised.”

Entivala began to laugh loudly, “Oh you stupid, silly bitch. Pathios was my destined. His face and name were what appeared on my Troth’ish’tal. I am with my destined and I couldn’t be happier.”

I had never seen one person appear so shocked in such short a time. Entivala left her sister there fuming as she ran upstairs to where I assumed her room had been. She found it locked, but Katie made short work of that. However, when the door was opened, we were shocked to find it filled with storage boxes. After checking what was in there, Entivala concluded they had gotten rid of everything.

“I shouldn’t be surprised that they did this, but I had hoped that I could have gotten more of my things,” Entivala muttered. “There really isn’t anything else for me here anymore. Let’s go and visit Katie’s family.”

We left and I watched Enti as she walked away from her family home for what I would assume was the last time. It seemed that with each step, her body eased its tension that had built during her interaction with her sister. We made our way over to the tram that would take us to the other side of the city where The inter-city trams were. I could tell she was anxious, and I hoped that we would find out that things with her family were okay. The tram was much like I remember of the ones on my world with their cars that were suspended and traveled above the ground.

They had the same gothic touch on the design of the cars that they had in their building architecture, though I was amazed at how they levitated along the track to make it move. It took three hours to get to where Katie’s family lived, but I enjoyed seeing the various parts of the city as we traveled. We made some small talk to pass the time, with Entivala and Katie pointing out places of interest to us and explaining them to Amenthia and me. When we pulled into the stop, I could see that Katie was getting more nervous.

“Are you okay sweetheart?” Amenthia asked Katie, placing her hand on the Dryad’s. “What has you so worried?”

Katie sighed, “My parents didn’t agree with me taking the job to kill Pathios and return Entivala. They also didn’t agree with me stealing to try and make money to help them. I just worry about the disappointment they will feel towards me.”

“Katie. Bad situations always force us to make decisions that we don’t normally make,” I said, pulling her focus to me. “Sometimes we don’t see another way out and thus choose the wrong path. Parents never want to see their kid go down the wrong path and they only feel disappointment in themselves for not keeping away from having to make those choices. You have since come back from those choices you made and have made great strides to make up for the wrong deeds you have done in the past. Perhaps they saw you in the Champion’s challenge and know that you are a new person?”

Katie smiled a little, “I hope that you’re right my love. I want to show them that I am a new person that they could be proud of.”

We smiled and all gave her a hug, and we began to make our way to the tram that would take us close to her village. This tram resembled more of one of those bullet commuter trains you would see in Japan. It only cost us a gold for all of us to get on, but Amenthia decided to spend a bit more to get us into a private room in the first-class car. I shrugged my shoulders and followed their lead as we were guided on and to our room. I was shocked at the detail inside of the car and our room was no different. It was almost twice the size of our old room with two beds, a small couch, and a table for eating. This looked to be a luxury family cabin, with decent amounts of space.

“I have always wanted to travel in one of these,” Amenthia said excitedly. “That door over there is for the bathroom. Standing shower with a toilet. We won’t be able to shower together unfortunately, but except for food, we won’t have to leave the car.”

“Actually you won’t have to leave at all,” Katie explained when she walked over to the table next to one of the beds. “This is how you order food. They will bring it here and you can use this to have them pick up the finished dishes.”

Katie could see our questioning looks, “The group that sent me to get Entivala had to bring me up to meet, so I was given a first classroom as a sign of what my reward would be for success.”

“You didn’t learn who had sent you to try and bring her back?” I asked, wondering what information we could learn that she may have overlooked.

She shook her head, “I was put in a blacked-out carriage, and they covered my head when I was brought into the room for the meeting. There was someone sitting in front of me, but the others were masked in darkness. The one sitting across from me said nothing, only giving me the items needed for my task.”

We pulled her into a hug. knowing that reminders of what she had done in the past, or almost did, upset her. We set our pack over and decided to order some food. It was delivered in a timely manner, delivered on a trolley cart, and smelled amazing. It was nice to have a quiet peaceful dinner together, just us. I did feel the absence of Cassandra and I think the others did as well. I decided to send her a raven from all of us, telling her that we missed her and that we looked forward to being home soon. Once our meal was done, we tried to figure out what we were going to do for the next few days. There wasn’t much to do, and it wasn’t like there was television that we could watch in our rooms.

“Is there anything that we could do to pass the time?” I asked, as I moved the trolley to the door.

Katie shrugged, “I don’t really know, I just meditated for most of it. Going over the possible topics that would be covered and mentally preparing myself for a trap.”

“It makes me wish I brought a deck of cards to play with,” I groaned, causing the others to laugh. “What are we going to do for the next two days?”

I glanced around to see the look in their eyes and knew that we would be calling for room service often. I just hoped that they wouldn’t leave me a complete husk of a man by the time we arrived. The next two days went by fast, but thankfully they allowed me some rest between trying to drain my balls dry individually and together. We had moved the bed together and they had a mattress cover that made it into one big mattress. We snuggled a bit, relaxing in each other’s arms. We made sure to also stretch and exercise, like our forms. Thankfully, the room had the space for us to do that, but we didn’t wind up being stir crazy. I hope that we could find some game or something that we could do to also pass the time, but I won’t complain about being kept busy by three gorgeous women, but a guy needs rest to refuel.

As we pulled into the station, I could see Katie getting nervous again. We all reassured her that it would be fine as we exited the tram and went to get horses. We didn’t have to go extremely far, and it wasn’t too expensive for us to get some. Following Katie’s lead we set off to her village. It was a new experience to ride a horse, but we went through the basic’s for me to be able to safely ride. Thankfully, the village was an hour away at full run, so at a medium trot it took another hour or so, but I didn’t have to worry about falling off. I made a mental note to get proper training when we got back to Kortinos. There were no issues along the route, just some forests in the distance and rolling fields of green. As we neared the village, I could tell that Katie was getting more tense. We checked the horses in, letting the stable master know that we would be back in an hour or two to leave. It cost a gold to feed and hold them, but it would be fine. She glanced at us, taking a deep breath, before guiding us into the village.

Unlike the villages in the dungeon, there weren’t large walls of wood surrounding it. There were obvious signs of damage everywhere, but not as bad as we had feared. Katie stopped and looked around for a few moments, before she began guiding us through the streets towards her family’s dwelling. While there were still hints of the same gothic design, even this far from the capital, most of the homes and dwellings were run down. They had seen better days, especially with the effects of the civil war being felt all the way in this remote area and this reinforced the fact that Katie’s family were living in one of the poorest villages in the kingdom.

“Has this place always been this way?” I asked as I looked upon the dirty and disheveled people that passed us by as we followed the Dryad.

Entivala shook her head, “It wasn’t always like this. Once this was a beautiful area and a prosperous town, since it is one of the oldest villages in this region of the kingdom. However, when the former king came to power, he began working with the richer members of our society to segregate the various sections of the kingdom. One of the ways they did this was to have these smaller areas providing higher tax payments. This forced the families here to spend most of their money just covering what they needed to live and ensuring the residents always struggled. They also began moving poorer families and what they considered lesser species to these areas of the kingdom. Where I lived wasn’t as snobbish as it had become, as Katie’s family used to be much better off and accepted in all parts of the city.”
