Chapter 66

Fantasy Sex Story: Chapter 66 - Shane has been playing 'The Game' for over two decades with his old college friends - D&D, but with sex. Now he's being asked to run 'a normal campaign' for some college coeds. It couldn't possibly happen again, right?

The forest proved thick, choked with dense brush and difficult to navigate a dozen steps, let alone the miles it would take to reach the Forest Tomb, yet the Adventurer’s guide proved over and over that he was just as skilled as his father had promised.

“You had to give us a guide who was a thirteen-year-old boy,” Rhia complained.

“His father sounded kinda hot, in a Fergus-but-blond kind of way,” Elyse smirked. “Why couldn’t he have brought us? Or Fergus?”

“Fergus knows the ways of the forest, but not this area, so he doesn’t know the location of the Tomb,” I pointed out. “Plus, he’s helping the carpenters get the wood they need for that lumber, and you tasked the Trappers with keeping an eye on the logging party in case any bandit scouts showed up. Little Timmy Nettles is the best you have available.”

“We are so gonna get this kid killed,” Tori groaned.

Timmy Nettles might have been on the small side, but his father had trained him well and he certainly seemed to know the terrain. He brought the women past an overlook from an escarpment that took their breath away as they could see over the canopy of trees for miles before the next hill, and along the the sandy shores of a lake with a glass-like surface, though he warned them not to dip a toe in because his father claimed the lake was protected by a blood-sucking monster.

He knew the terrain, and he knew the wildlife. Twice, he called a pause to the slow march through the brush, and the women would crouch in silence until they would hear the slow crashing a dozen yards ahead as something big moved across their path.

“Bears,” was Timmy’s answer when asked what they were. “Great big scaly bears.” He shuddered.

“Scaly beary?” Renee asked Olivia. “They have those here?”

Olivia shrugged, not being from around the area either.

The only problem with Timmy Nettles was that he was, in fact, thirteen. And had the attention span of a thirteen-year-old, which was to say that he could get distracted by the right thing.

And three beautiful women tramping through the underbrush behind him, following his lead, was a distraction.

That was how he tripped on the branch, which toppled him face forward into the webbing stretched over the pit in the ground. “Ah!” he shouted.

The creature, somewhere halfway between spider and man, slithered down an invisible strand of webbing and immediately began bundling up the stuck boy in more webbing, its head turned to the side, keeping half of its eight eyes on its prize, and the other half on the shocked adventurer’s.

The battle was quick and fierce, extended only because the Spider-thing made a whistling sound and three more spiders, traditionally shaped but as large as hunting hounds, came scuttling out of the trees to its aid. Jade ended up dangling from the thick, invisible rope, punching the spider-thing in the face repeatedly to get it to let go of Timmy Nettles, who fell into the pit still wrapped up in webbing with a heavy, “Oof!” Olivia, meanwhile, tried her best to keep the three hound-sized spiders occupied, suffering several bites in the process, so that they couldn’t corner Renee and the shadow sorceress could bring her magic to bare, blasting one after another with her shadowy bolts.

“I feel kinda woozy,” Olivia of Parnassus complained once the spider-thing was dead, along with one of its spider pets, the other two scurrying off injured into the forest.

“Shit, were they poisonous?” Jade asked. She’d managed to avoid being bitten by the spider-thing, though it had raked her with its strange pincer-like claws a couple of times.

“Venemous?” Olivia grunted, correcting the rabbit-woman unnecessarily, then sat down heavily on the ground.

Renee, who had been trying to help Timmy Nettles de-web himself, abandoned the boy as she came over, concerned, examining Olivia’s wounds. “They were,” she confirmed, then shook Olivia as the woman looked drowsy. “You need to stay awake, Olivia. You cannot fall asleep. I don’t have healing magic, and neither does Jade. You need to do it yourself.”

“She needs some inspiration,” Jade said, pivoting and grabbing Olivia by the cheeks to look her in the eyes. They had a strange blue tinge to the whites. “Come on, Olivia. We just won a fight, it’s time to celebrate.” She leaned in and kissed the Paladin of Revelry, starting softly but soon pushing her tongue between the other woman’s lips, deepening the kiss.

“Mmmf,” Rhia grunted, kissing Tori back for a long moment, then breaking it and turning to me. “I don’t think I can usually cure Poisoned with my Lay on Hands ability yet, but does this help me do it?”

I tutted softly, shaking my head. “I dunno, I might need more of a demonstration.”

Rhia snorted and smirked at me, and Tori rolled her eyes while grinning, and then they turned back to each other and started making out. Watching it was almost as good as being kissed by either of them myself. Then Elyse stood up, leaned over and stuck her hand in front of my eyes. “No, Timmy, you’re too young to see this. Your virgin eyes!” That got us all laughing.

“I think, with Jade’s help, you can muster up a blessing of Revelry to infuse your Lay on Hands and cleanse your system of the poison,” I finally agreed. Considering the poison condition was only supposed to last ten minutes, according to the monster stat block, and wasn’t doing any hit point or statistic damage, I wasn’t exactly giving them anything or taking it easy on them. I was also very aware that Olivia’s Lay on Hands ability could cure Poison, Rhia was just not reading the last paragraph of the ability. Classic Player Problems. “Just don’t count on that trick necessarily working in the future.”

Refreshed and passing on the divine healing of Revelry to bring her friends to fighting fit again (and 1 HP for Timmy to help his aching tailbone after his hard fall), the group pushed on through the forest.

They reached a copse of birch trees, their white, parchment-like bark and black knots making a tangle of odd, bone-like cages that the four needed to manoeuvre through slowly until they emerged into a small clearing, looking up at...

“Is that a skull?” Jade asked, cocking her head to the side and narrowing her eyes.

It was more than half buried into a grassy hill, but as their eyes searched the rocky, tufted mound, they could see it. A brow of bone, two hollows for eyes, now filled with thick, tall grasses. The top of its bleached cranium. And most prominent, the gap-toothed, moss-covered grin of its upper and lower jaw, beyond which was a dark cave.

“It’s huge,” Olivia gasped.

“It’s a giant,” Renee guessed. “A... giant giant.”

The girls had lore questions for me at that revelation, but Timmy only knew what he saw in front of them and all three rolled relatively poorly on their history checks, so other than recognising this must have come from a giant, they’d never seen one alive or dead before, and what little they knew of giants was from fairy tales. ‘Swallow a man whole’ as a descriptor seemed to fit the bill for this particular, long-deceased giant, though.

“Alright, well...” Olivia said, looking at the cave dubiously. “That’s gotta be it, right?”

“Oh, it right sure is, M’ahm,” Timmy Nettles nodded, his eyes having a hard time looking towards the wonderous site and away from any of the other three less-wondrous, more interesting sights before him. “Me Pa says I was t’ bring you ‘ere, and I ‘as, and that I’m t’ wait here t’ bring you back. But ‘e made me promise not to go down there wit’ you - same as with the lake, but e’en worse.”

“Super great,” Renee said with a disquieted smile. Then it slid into a smirk as she ruffled Timmy’s hair. “Stay safe out here, kid. We shouldn’t be too long.”

“We can’t be,” Jade agreed. “We need to get back to the keep; who knows how long we have before Houndsfang reaches it?”

The trio broke out torches from their packs, each lighting one to carry with them, and they left Timmy Nettles as he climbed up the mound to take a spot in the sun near the top.

The cave looked like it had been inhabited, in years past, by one or more forest creatures. A bear - a traditional bear - most likely, though wolves or even one of the forest lions were possible. Or whatever the ‘scaly bears’ were. There were bones, old and gnawed on, in the corners of the space, though the majority of it dipped down into a soft, dirt-lined bowl where they likely would have slept.

Two elements proved more interesting than the past beasty denizens, however. The first was that, high on the walls of the cave, painted onto what had to be the white bone of the inside of the giant’s gums, were flaking pictograms. The adventurers could pick out individuals, and from there groups, doing things. One spot looked like two groups potentially fighting or dancing. Another with two figures horizontal.

“It’s ancient alien porn,” Elyse chuckled.

Unfortunately, none of the adventurers were particularly skilled in ancient languages, let alone the vague and heavily worn drawing of a primitive civilisation, so they couldn’t pick up on any clues, hints or warnings.

The other element of the cave that was interesting was that the back of it, just like a throat leading away from the skull, opened into a tunnel.

They pressed deeper in, the tunnel wide enough for two abreast, but the trio walked single file. Jade took the lead, seeking out signs of traps or the passage of others before them, and the tunnel turned and double-backed on itself, heading deeper under the mound above, doing so again once more. The space was surprisingly dry, rather than damp, the darkness outside of the shine of their torches complete. The walls were oddly smooth, the dirt somehow packed so tightly that it made almost a clay finish, though a small knife could chip away at the half-inch-thick dense dirt shell to reveal a more standard fair beyond it.

Jade didn’t find any trap as they reached the bottom of the tunnel, stepping into a wide, ten-foot-high cavern lined with a pair of strange rock piles on either side of the space, and one more straight ahead. Behind that final mound, about a dozen feet further, was a big stone split in half like a door, with words carved into it.

In front of the door was a pile of rags, metal and bones.

“I think we found- What was his name?” Renee murmured.

“Winston, I think,” Olivia said. “Or- one of the W-ones. He listed a lot of Ungers.”

“OK, but whoever he was, he died there,” Jade said, pointing about forty feet across the cavern in total. “And this was the way out. So unless something living up above chased him down here, mauled and killed him, then left him where he died, then he got killed by something in this room.”

“Well, we’ve got five piles of rocks,” Renee said. “What could they be?”

The girls started to brainstorm, starting with what the rocks could be if they were a creature - most of those ideas surrounded either some kind of Elemental, or a creature with a rock-like shell or skin that was currently sleeping, pretending to be asleep, or was dead. The fact that the mounded piles seemed to be evenly spaced apart in the room, with one focused in the centre, dissuaded them from continuing down that route since non-intelligent creatures weren’t likely to arrange themselves like that. Next, they went to what could be hiding in the rocks - traps? Swarms of smaller creatures like snakes or spiders? They could potentially explode, magically or traditionally.

I was impressed by both their creativity and their paranoia. To me, I felt like what I’d set up was a pretty traditional motif - especially for a tomb delve - but apparently ‘traditional’ was only functional if your audience had the same sense of tradition.

“Fuck it,” Olivia eventually grunted. “There’s no marking on the floors or walls, we don’t see any tripwires or anything, and nothing has reacted to us standing here on the threshold. I saw we go in, and if the piles start glowing or rattling or something, we jump back here and see if it stops. I’ll go first, you guys can wait.”

“We all go,” Jade disagreed. “Together.”

“Alright, together,” Olivia nodded.

I’d set out the map already, one that I’d found online that suited the vibe I was going for and had printed off with a traditional 1-inch grid on my high-quality printer in my office. I’d also placed the mounds on the map using basic scatter terrain I’d made over the years, each for a pile one square deep and two wide, along with a big stone door and a dead skeleton in front of it to represent the body.

The girls moved their borrowed minis - I would have ordered them custom ones at the start of the campaign if I’d known how much we’d all be into the game, but it often took a couple of months at last for those to get mad and shipped, so the ones I’d ordered were only going to arrive late in the summer, hopefully by the epic finale - in unison, pushing ahead five feet into the room, then ten. Fifteen. Side-by-side. Waiting for me to indicate if anything had happened yet.

Elyse, I think, thought that maybe I’d been fooling them this whole time and relaxed a little. She was the newest player, though, and Rhia and Tori had more experience with the game and how it often flowed.

The adventurers reached the middle of the room, still cautiously eyeballing the stone mounds that they were now surrounded by, and hesitated a moment. Olivia raised a foot to take another slow step, but instead she put it back down and braced, wincing at the sudden roar of rage that echoed through the chamber from ahead, near the stone door. Then another voice joined in, from behind, and another, and another. The cavern came alive with the roaring of a chorus of angry voices, screaming wordless battle lust.

“Back!” Olivia called as a spirit oozed out of the walls ahead.

“They’re behind us, too,” Jade said through gritted teeth as two more spirits came from the walls, flanking the tunnel back to the surface.

“Both sides,” Renee grunted, whipping her head back and forth, watching the two coming from their flanks.

“We’re surrounded,” Olivia growled. “Back to back, girls. Winston, or whoever the fuck he was, got cornered and killed. We’ve got each other.”

The spirits seemed to touch down on the hard-packed dirt and stone floor, their amorphous shapes coalescing into humanoid figures as they slowly began to pace towards the trio. Their bodies continued to become defined, sharpening in image until they were equal in distance from the girls, in line with the stone mounds.

They were men, each burly and wild-haired, their chests muscled and scarred, their faces sallow but churned in rage as they continued to roar their battle cries, shaking primitive spears and axes menacingly. They were also naked, faint discolourations in their ghostly white-green skin almost looking like warpaint adorning them.

“Fucking barbarian ghosts,” Jade said, eyes flicking the three most in front of her, watching for their attack. “I don’t know if I can punch a ghost, girls.”

“My sword is probably gonna have a tough time here too,” Olivia agreed. “Maybe the torches?”

“Wait,” Renee said, “Wait, I have an idea.”

“I hope it’s a good one, these guys look pissed,” Olivia said, hefting her sword and torch.

“No, it’s- the paintings up at the top!” Renee said. “The only ones we could make out, anyway. Groups of them fighting, but also-”

“Fucking,” Jade said. “You want to- you want to try to seduce the ghosts?

“Better than me being the only one who can bring magic to bear and hurt these guys,” Renee said. “And if they kill us anyway, at least they kill us while we try something crazy.”

“That doesn’t make me feel better about this,” Olivia said. “But ... fuck it, we fuck ‘em.”

Jade lowered her torch to the ground slowly. “I- I guess we try to fuck them,” she agreed.

The adventurers started to strip, laying down their weapons in the face of the bloodcurdling barbarian spirits, then pulling off their clothes.

The players did as well, knowing full well that I was a tough but fair DM, but I was also a human man. It was much harder to say no to a beautiful, naked, nubile young woman.

“Alright, there, big guy,” Renee said, taking the lead since she was easily the fastest to get naked, shucking off her shadowy robe and slowly leaving the defensive ring the girls had backed into, raising her hands to show she meant no harm. The two barbarians she split her attention between continued to grunt angrily, but with a slightly confused expression on their faces and with less volume. “Thaaat’s it,” she said, slowly bringing her hands to her small tits and giving them an enticing jiggle. “If there’s one thing I know about barbarians, it’s that they love to fight, and they love to fuck. You seem like you’ve been spoiling for a fight, so maybe you’ve been longing for a fuck.” She turned around, pointing her ass back at them and bending slightly at the waist, reaching back with one hand and peeling her ass cheek to the side, showing the barbarian ghosts her pussy. “You wanna tap this little sorceress pussy, guys? You gotta play nice.”

Elyse was grinning over her shoulder at me, her fantastic little butt about a foot from my face, her little butthole winking slightly and her pussy already wet with arousal, the horny little thing.
