This is a plausible story about Divorce Rape in the US per laws in US, Namibia, Brazil, etc. Parts of the story actually happened. A black woman judge ordered the bank to turn over to the wife's attorney over $40,000 that the wife never even knew about and ruled that it was co-mingled.
