The dead have risen and brought an end to the world as we know it. Garrett West is one of the lucky few to have survived this long but knows that his days were numbered, or so he thought. When a scavenger named Hannah finds him out on a run and brings him back to a group of other survivors with the promise of sanctuary Garrett begins to feel hope for the first time in weeks. However, things are rarely as simple and promising as they appear.
