Cute. That's the best word for it.
Okay, so the sex scenes are nothing magical. Okay, so the occasional digressions and multiple (short) POV changes can be confusing. But, really, that's easy to overlook in this case.
'Cause it's so damn adorable.
The main character is likable enough. His nemesis, "the shrew", is not. Bernadette, who comes into the picture, is so lovable it hurts. And, in the end, pretty much everybody gets what they deserve.
Really, who doesn't love a happy ending?
