I just loved this story! The plot is great, it's well written, and it deals sensibly with a condition that is so often a subject of cruel ribaldry.
I didn't find any technical problems, sorry, I found one, 'aught' instead of 'ought' in Chapter 1, I'm not going to get picky about it though, I've fallen for that one myself! The whole story is grammatically excellent. The characters are well drawn, and believable; okay, the ending was telegraphed a little, but it was no less satisfying for that.
A great story, read and enjoy!
