If you're a fan of Classy Conversions, which I admit I am, this, along with Melanie's Journal and Nancy's Journal is a series for you. If you've not read my review of Classy Conversions I suggest you take a look at it and decide if it is something that floats your boat.
Irish Writer is revisiting his magnum opus with these Journals from some of the characters he created in Classy Conversions. They provide an entertaining perspective on what is a unique look at snuff fiction. An inside view, so to speak.
So far there's no sex, and that's ok. There's little graphic snuff, which is also ok. There's not a lot of plot.
But that's not the reason to read these. They are an intriguing and entertaining analysis of character development under extreme conditions, a fascinating insight into Classy Conversions itself.
If there is a flaw it is technical. There are occasional egregious typos, the kind that are created by blindly accepting the output of a spell checker without giving a final human proofreading.
