I like this story. It's my favorite theme, a more mature, steady person 'rescues' a youngster in dire straits. the relationship starts out as platonic, just helping somebody who needs help.

And Love happens. And sex.

Life goes on between them, and love deepens.

And there's a happy ending.

We get a picture from inside a different lifestyle, in this case the life of a long distance trucker, and the story weaves around the day to day activities, with believable characters popping in for bit parts.

Technically the story is well written with none of poor spelling and grammar that detract from the story.

This one's worth reading.ironically
