There are many older writers on SOL, and numerous stories of older guys, younger women. Very few about older men, older women.. especially those in their seventies.
Kalodin offers a vignette revealing what most of us olders know; the fire may burn down some but never goes out. At least for men and usually not for women - unless they condition themselves out of lust.
Not even for seventies aged people.
Not even for guys troubled with prostate and erection problems.
There are always ways to warm yourself at the fire.
I doubt anyone will get much stroke value out of this story, and his other stories require some participation of the reader's active imagination, but there is much value here.. the primal urge is always there and there is always a way to satisfy it.

The storyteller needs an editor to smooth his storyline and even some awkwardly placed descriptives, and add some more. But there isnt much in the way of grammar or spelling mistakes, so you do get into the head of the narrator.
I really liked it because I know exactly what he's trying to say.
