Despite the fact that I'm just a grumpy old fart, I really liked this story. OK, I know it's not very macho to feel any sort of emotional response to motherhood, and childbirth, but frankly my dear, I don't give a shi ... damn!
Looking at it from a man's point of view, I've always had this sneaking suspicion that women do indeed have a secret sisterhood that supports them in their hour of need. Let's be honest about it, too many men do a pretty crappy job of it! I also have to say that I found the childbirth scenes quite emotional, and well written.
Technically, the story's pretty good, though the editing could have been a little tighter it doesn't detract too much from the flow of the tale. What I did find irritating though, were the repeated episode numbers, they are irrelevant and unnecessary, especially so close together.
I felt that there could have been much more to this tale than there actually was, Maybe Cor can develop this into a 'Sisterhood Universe' I wouldn't mind following it anyway.
If you want a stroke story, this isn't it, but it definitely makes you feel good, read, and enjoy!
