Normally I’m not that keen on ‘Lolita’ stories, and some of Rache’s stories are a little too much for me, pushing the boundaries way beyond my comfort zone. I didn’t think I’d like this one, but I followed a favourite link from ‘Pookie’, and I’m very glad I did. It deserves its score – currently 8.27.
It’s actually a romance. Kris fell in love with Kurt at first sight, when he was life modelling for her art class at college. They’re trying for children, but it’s not looking good, even with treatment, until Kris decides that maybe being with Kurt as he goes with an underage girl might just be the turn-on to give her eggs that extra kick they need. She books a young model, and Amy turns up....
It’s so well written that the great detail of each sexual act doesn’t detract from the story – in fact it deepens the strength of the main character, Kris, and her search for biological completion. There’s wit, angst, humour, passion, and a whole lot of love. I found myself rooting for Kris, desperate that it would end well for all of them. ‘Rache’ edited this specially for SOL, and she did a very tight job – there’s hardly a wasted word. Spelling and grammar are impeccable.
We lost a very good author and storyteller in ‘Rache’. If you like this one, try her other pen-names as well – she was also ‘Rachael Ross’, ‘T.S.Severe’ and ‘God of Porn’. And thanks to ‘Peter’ for completing her catalogue. Rachael had a unique perspective on life, and even if some of her stories are very dark, there are plenty of others to enjoy.
