This is a "good" story in more ways than one. Not only is it good in the way that it's enjoyable and readable, it's also good in a morally uplifting way too.
WTSman's characters are finely drawn, and the dialogue is natural and believable. The various elements of the tale are tied together perfectly, from the violence of the beginning to the light of love at the end. This resonated with me on a number of levels, expressing as it did my views with regard to sexual violence and the justice meted out to it's perpetrators, though sadly such justice is rarely served.
If you're looking for a one handed read, this story is not for you. If you would like a good, romantic tale that will pull at your heartstrings, and leave you with a good feeling, then read it. I would recommend it highly.
