It's time for Steve, Chuck, Dewey & families to take a holiday. They decide to sail to Europe & prepare all that they can. Chuck has obtained his Captain's ticket so that he sail the yacht without supervision. The men ensure that they are prepared for all types of situations - bringing nearly small military armory with them.
They are hardly out of sight of land and Chuck's ability to attract trouble surfaces twice in less than 2 days. They are able to thwart the endeavors of pirates & gangsters to eventually reach Ireland, only to meet with more pirates (local IRA types) and sort them out and in the process saving a local woman & her family.
They meet their Irish friends so that they can relax for a while to try to do some sight seeing and some business, only to find that they are being watched. By this time Chuck is a bit peeved, so with some help he captures the watchers & find out they have been hired to keep an eye on him for his safety.
During their traipsing around Europe Chuck & Lisa have to return to the USA for a "quick" job for the authorities before they can start having personal fun.
Steve is able to sort out some business problems whilst Chuck & Lisa end up doing some gigs with a well known blues band, teaching children to play music & discovering a prodigy. There is a couple of points where some bad guys try to either blow them up or grab some kids, but it is left in air as to why.
They eventually make it home after a visit to the casinos in the Riviera, win a humungous amount of money and then visit Porto Rico on the way home to visit his condo & "cleaners" as well as his "inherited" a power boat, 5 female crew. He ends up owning 3 islands off the coast. Chuck seems to not be able to do anything wrong without smelling like roses. He can't eve give money away!
If I go on I could probably summarize the whole story & still not give it its proper due.
Read the earlier parts of the series & then read this one, it is of the "can't put down" sort.
