Jeffrey is a good young guy who has been brought up well in Steelville, served his country as all Fielding men do, and married a wonderful woman. The thing is, she has bigger ambitions.
Amy doesn't want to live the small life that Jeff leads, she wants power and money and material things. Jeff tries to understand, and compromises by living with her in the city, where she gets a job at a printing company.
From there she gets a job as an administrative assistant to the CEO... but there's a catch. Harriman pimps his assistants out to his customers, and uses them himself - paying them bonuses.
Suddenly Amy gets to relive her slut days from before she knew Jeffrey, and she has the opportunity to meet, and fuck, powerful men, and make money doing it.
Jeffrey has a secret too - his family are the Fielding's - they are rich, they are powerful, and Amy and Mr Harriman are about to find out just how powerful family can be.
I love SW MO Hermit's Steelville stories, and, well... basically all his stories. I like the families, I like the resolutions to most, and I love the writing.
I like that the men often find a woman who helps them move on and find love in the end, and as far as cheating wife stories - his are some of the most well written.
This is one of the few that has a score that shows how good it is, most seem scored below where I would believe they should be given how good the writing is.
I'd give the whole series a read - and if you're on your first marriage and love your wife, then I'd stay the hell away from Steelville!
