Jay Cantrell has done it again.
My first exposure to his writing was "The Outsider".

Now he has carried the loner to another level. He does bring him around eventually but that is the story and I'm not spoiling it any more.

The story does have ups and downs. It has minor climaxes and a couple of times where the "little guy" sticks it to the big guy(corporate) and it's down with style.

Love lost/found/lost/found..What ever you want to call it, this is a good story and a fairly quick read.
