A young couple is drugged on the night of their graduation party. The resulting events tears them apart, and an ensuing conflict with his family drives him away. He ends up more than halfway across the country working on a ranch in Montana. This story is about the couple's life, and the twists and turns the lives took.
For plot score, an A+ (9). The story is well thought out and gives closure to many otherwise lose ends. He even weaves a bit of the otherworldly into the tale.
For technical score, a B (7). Between the jumps back and forth chronologically, and the occasional wrong verb tense or grammatical error, it brought the technical score down for me.
For personal appeal, this is one of those stories that transcends the errors. I admit that I am something of a romantic. I would dare anyone to read the story and not tear up at some point. The sense of loss and pain the MC portrays is palpable. The resurgence of hope and love is as well. A worthy read.

Becky and Bret are highschool sweethearts - a beautiful blonde and the quarterback. Already planning the rest of their lives together they are split apart under tragic circumstance and discovery of infidelity.
Bret runs away from Becky, his home, his town and his life from Georgia to Montana, and starts new.
This is a longer story than usual for A.A. Nemo, but is beautiful, tragic, heartwarming and heartbreaking.
It had me actually moved to tears at a couple of points, and I really enjoyed and loved the story and where it eventually led. I really recommend if you read any of the stories, that you make sure you read this one.
