Just got around to reading Jim's Xmas story of what happened with the Scottish Clan around that time of the year.
It takes a strong young man to assume the Rights of the Laird, and the care and control of the largest and oldest employer in the county.
Ah, but, sad to say, the Droits-de-Seigneur are only taken by the Laird on the Wedding Night of the Serfs, who belong to him as an early form of British Slavery... Oh well who cares anyway. And just watch out for the ingredients in the home made Egg-Nog!
