Friday Night Lights is a great story with superb possibilities. Alas the author has chosen to not finish this story. The lead character was believable in a fictional world and developing nicely. The supporting cast was coming along to the point that they were folks that were not created to add colour but actually contribute to various sub plots.
Unfortunately we, the readers, will not be able to finish following the story to it's completion.
I'll wait for future stories from the Senator to be completed before reading.
I'll give this one a fail. Although I will also revise this Review if the story gets finished.

Coming of age, teen angst, high school drama, blah-blah-blah, you know the drill...WAIT A MINUTE!
This is a good story, potentially a very good story. It's early and that mean's we're 'in progress' which can be frustrating. So be patient.
There's no sex to speak of so far - which isn't a bad thing, it just means so far.
I'm basing my review on characters and plot. So far, the characters are interesting and the plot can go a number of ways which should keep us interested.
I'm cautiously optimistic. We may be waiting since The Senator has already warned us that postings won't be frequent. That being said, keep checking.
