Reviewed:
I am not going to follow my usual format for this review.
Instead, I'm going to tout the virtues of this story. It has some of the most sensual descriptions of people, places, and (we are at a sex site) the physical act of love that I've ever read. Just the description of the tarot card "The Lovers" got me tingly, and I'm not usually susceptable to such short observations. While the plot its elf is a little bit cliche, the details and the love with which they have been presented are not. I would say that this story lives and dies by the detail, but to say it does anything less than flourish is to do it a disservice.
If you are looking for a stroke story, look elsewhere. But if you want a story where every word is placed with care to make an amazing whole, look here. I rarely hand out scores of ten, but this story got one.
