It is November first and I have found my ten for November.
Of course the author has written many, many superior stories, but I haven't looked at this one about a private detective investigating what turns out to be a murder.
It is exceptionally well written. I give the plot a ten, things happen that I had no idea were coming. The technical score is also a ten, I didn't see anything that could be corrected, never mind any errors. And appeal is, of course, a ten.
I recommend you read the story and all her stories on SOL. She isn't writing a lot these days, her health is not good. Her work is a legacy that will long survive that of most authors.

"Leave them wanting more and you know they'll call you back." Bobby Womack
This is the third and, so far, final story in the series about Lydia Hernandez, the reluctant Private Investigator.
All three of the stories are finely crafted and well characterized in the way of all 'GMW's' stories. A well thought out plot is a given, and the sensitivity of the author perfectly clear. Gina Marie Wiley is a true craftswoman.
I have Gina's page bookmarked on my computer, and visit it regularly in the hope of seeing another Lydia Hernandez story, but if not, I'll settle for anything I can get. I strongly suggest you do the same!
Read them, if you don't you'll be the poorer for it.
