"Weekend Getaway," the second story in HLD's "Three Girls and a Guy" series, picks up 11 years after the events in "Spring Break" and takes the relationship of the male protagonist and his three lady loves to the ultimate level.
Featuring all the aspects that made the previous story such a fun read, "Weekend Getaway" is loaded with great sex scenes, filled with deep passion, emotion and lust, acted out by characters that you'll really like. The plot is minimal . . . think of this tale as the natural progression of the relationships first established in "Spring Break."
We all know that in real life, any romantic/sexual relationship featuring more than two people is usually doomed to failure. The attraction of this set of stories is that it presents polyamory in the way we all would hope it could be, with acceptance, love and trust for all partners. It may be a fantasy, but it's an enjoyable one to contemplate.
"Weekend Getaway" also lays the groundwork for the third (and apparently final) story in the series, "Foursomes and Moresomes." If you liked this gang in "Spring Break," you'll definitely want to continue their story to its conclusion.
