This story is a rollercoaster ride of the hero's emotions and if you like this type of thing you'll go right along with the author's ups and downs, sometimes with a sickening feeling in your stomach and other times with a throb in the midsection.
This story carries "ANGST" to a whole new level. Some times you want to hit the hero with a bat and others you feel like he "really got it". You could say it typifies young behavior when the hero doesn't have a clue about right and wrong. He is single minded and sometimes that's a good thing in life.
The story is well written and it does not follow the hero on a minute by minute tour of his life over 4 or 5 years but does give enough detail to know how he and his friends are changing and adjusting to the world around them.
Overall not a bad read if you like this type; the sex is not as plentiful as others but it's there and detailed enough to make it interesting. Give it a ride, you'll either hate the guy or love him. The choice is yours.

In "Kinda-Sorta-Maybe Nerd-Boy", we have the story of a young high school student who is a nerd, along with his 2 best friends. His first day as a high school student, and he sees the girl of his dreams. Can he win her, and will he keep his friends through both high school and college? Read along and find out.
The sex in the story is pretty good. The author implies the hymen is further in the body than it actually is, but other then that, no problems. Many of the scenes don't go into great detail, and others could have been a bit more detailed to really set the intensity of some of the relationships.
The story itself is a good one. Sometimes what you dream of isn't really a good dream. The plot moves along at a good enough pace to keep it going, and the sex doesn't overwhelm the story.
Technically, there weren't any errors that jumped out at me.
Overall, this was a pretty good story. Not great, but pretty good. It was certainly more realistic than many dealing with the high school and college years for those not overwhelming popular.
