I'm not usually one for "cheating" stories, because I find them heartbreaking and difficult - but this one is well written, and more of a breakup, romance, next stage of life story.
Michael, a retired FBI agent and lawyer has just concluded the biggest deal of his life and is returning to his wife of 25 years, only to find his world shattered and looking for a way to move on.
It is told from a few different points of view, but is very detailed, and interesting. It's short, and fairly predictable, but in the end, sometimes you want something a little predictable and at the end you feel like you've had a glimpse into a life that could have happened.
