I just read this after it popped up on the home page.
It has been more than a year since the author posted the last chapter. This portion reads as if it is stand alone with a wide open door for a sequel.
First you have a super soldier called a "Ghost". He makes Delta Force and SEALS look like wannabes. Riiiiiight. Well you have to have a hero and a hyper trained one is not a bad way to go. You have a bio-catastrophe, good guys, bad guys, worse guys and a certified nut case as a REAL bad guy.
The story moves right along, not from one fire fight to the next but as a logical progression of events.
If you like the post apocalypse fighting off the end of the world thing this is right up your alley.
The copy that I actually read looks as if it was posted with all of the editing recommendations intact and not changed from the proof reader. It only takes away from the flow slightly.
Read it and you'll enjoy.
