It's not often that you come across a well written tale about a male having taken the sex change theray as far as having everything but the final operation. This is a story of a man who finds himself intersted in a "woman" who turns out to be someone he didn't expect. It is well written, sensitive and even the sex scenes are done with imagination, love and candor. Cetainly this story isn't for everyone but it is so well written that you shoud take a peek.

Boy meets girl. Boy and girl fall in love, dealing with some angst issues along the way. Girl takes boy back home to meet the parents. Simple, right? Maybe not so simple if the "girl" was born with the wrong plumbing!
Not a lot of sex here, though what there is generally well done. Plenty of exploration of the relationship.
A favorite quote illustrates the feel of the story for me:
"We could always have sex another time. Right then I was just enjoying the closeness. Suddenly it came to me: Serena was a cross between a girlfriend and a close guy friend. The best of both worlds."
