I keep repeating myself but I'm a sucker for a truly wonderful love story. And this is it!
A plain sensitive young girl is treated to a blow to her psyche when she first suffers from serious acne, and then finds that the pain in her belly is a benign tumour, which demands the semi hysterectomy which removes her internal sex organs but leaves her vagina intact. She is forced to move in with her older brother, and somehow she never wants to leave.
The ugly duckling and her brother fall in love and culminates their incestuous desires in a night of lovemaking which continues for the rest of their lives.
