Control was a story I had a tough time with. It was readable, and it was coherent, but it was really really dark. Which the author warns you about.
If you like very dark stories then this will appeal to you, but if you are easily upset, then steer clear.
Little to no stroke value, but overall a good piece of fiction. My only real complaint was I did not find the situation or plot very realistic or believable. I think if the author expanded on the story they could make it flow better and put more detail in. This is why I scored the plot lower than normal.
I certainly can, and do, recommend it but please do pay attention to the authors cautions.
