A really well thought out escapade through the realms of incest and Dom/sub society. The pace is at times overwhelming but on the whole highly enjoyable. BUT, people who write about physiology should learn what happens in a woman's body first. When a woman gets her organs tied so they cannot become pregnant, get their fallopian tubes tied off, no eggs can travel down those tubes from her ovaries to her womb where conception takes place normally. But not now, her tubes are blocked. No eggs at all. And that means there are no eggs available for a surrogate mother to carry a child for another, as in the epilogue of this story by colt45. So sorry, an impossible ending. But don't let that stop you from enjoying this tale.

In "Commanding Presence" we get the story of Evan, a young man nearing the end of his H.S. days, and his mother Cheri, a submissive woman that doesn't feel that she is able to make any decisions herself. With a little push from the psychologist they are both seeing, Evan starts to take a more forceful tone with Cheri, and their relationships changes.
Sexually, the story was pretty good. If you are into the mother/son angle, with the son taking charge, it should light your shorts/panties on fire.
The story itself was pretty good. The D/s had some misconceptions in it, and since we weren't dealing with an alternative world (that the reader is informed of), that hurt my immersion into the story. The addition of Pam near the end of the tale worked well, but it precipitated a fairly abrupt feeling ending. The author notes thrown at the end of some chapters were ok, but probably not necessary.
Technically, the story is quite good, but there are a few places where some formatting errors showed up. I don't hold those against the author, but they do jump out at me.
Overall, this is a pretty good story, but not on par with Colt45's wonderful "Sea King" story. Since "Sea King" was set in an alternative setting, the D/s aspects for it worked without anyone being able to question things. For this story, that didn't hold true, and if you are someone that practices aspects of the BDSM lifestyle, it may impair your enjoyment.
Since this was actually written before "Sea King", I think it shows what strong growth Colt45 has made as an author. This story is good, but not great.
