Just when I think my hide has grown thick enough that no one can pierce it, along comes a story like True and Eternal!
With no shame at all I can admit I was balling like a baby at the end, but don't let that stop you! It was a good kind of sad!
DoctorWyldcard treats us to a story of true, deep, eternal love, love shared across lifetimes and generations. It makes you believe that love can find a way through anything, even transcending life.
This is a story of a man, two women, and their combined families that leaves you wishing you were a part of a life like they have. Don't pass this one by, there is sex, but it is NOT a stroke story, this is a story of love, loss and redemption.

In "True and Eternal", DoctorWyldcard has created a touching tale of a complicated relationship.
Alex is married to Andy, and Andy has a sister named Amanda. (Alex is a guy, for the record!) Amanda's husband is treating her badly, and not getting her pregnant as she wants. So, Andy tells Alex to get Amanda pregnant. To take some of the "sting" out of the request, she agrees to get pregnant herself. The story is about how their lives unfold from that point.
The two initial sex scenes with each woman are nicely done, but not overwhelmingly erotic. This story is about more than sex, though, so it works well.
The plot itself is not very deep, but the emotional content of the story is tense. The way the new relationships unfold is well told and makes sense, even if the overall concept is definitely one that you have to suspend disbelief for. Dialogue plays a powerful role in this story, and the author should be commended for how well he handles it.
The story is excellently written.
All in all, this is a very heartwarming tale of how one sister decides to share the wealth of her husband's love, and how their families come together as one over time. The ending was also a very nice touch. If you like a happy story, this one should get to you.
